Super nice and clean looking and the food was super good as always!!! Mine and my boyfriend's favorite place to eat definitely would recommend eating here!

I saw somebody yelling at the staff over something stupid so I'm just here to cancel out her 1 star review. Staff seem nice 🤷♀️
Did not see anywhere on their menu that says their sandwichs come with lettuce and tomoato by default. I am allergic to tomatos and thus could NOT eat the food! I am very disappointed as the last time I had Charley's in 2022, lettuce and tomato was not default.

Ordered old school cheesesteak, I got an untoasted bun, God awfully salty meat and absolutely ZERO CHEESE. How do you leave out the CHEESE when it is on the name.

First time I’ve tried Charley’s and food is excellent, fast and fresh. Service is very great! 2 gentlemen working were helpful and friendly. I’ll come back for sure next time I’m in the area.

Went and got a cheese steak sandwich from them never had any problems but this sandwich was nasty it was loaded with salt ...the salt 🧂 is all I could taste i could barely taste the steak and the steak tasted old too! I will NOT be eating here AGAIN!!

So I just ordered the ultimate fires, which would undoubtedly be AMAZING. However, these workers, this food chain, whoever be responsible made the unfortunate decision to barley cook the fries before pouring heaps of cheese and bacon on top. Don't get me wrong, this order sounds like absolutely perfection, but the execution??? This is gonna be better coming out the other end. Undercooked soggy fries with hot cheese is not the move, consided your decisions and the true opportunity cost before making your purchase. Beware.
