Charleys Cheesesteaks

So I just ordered the ultimate fires, which would undoubtedly be AMAZING. However, these workers, this food chain, whoever be responsible made the unfortunate decision to barley cook the fries before pouring heaps of cheese and bacon on top. Don't get me wrong, this order sounds like absolutely perfection, but the execution??? This is gonna be better coming out the other end. Undercooked soggy fries with hot cheese is not the move, consided your decisions and the true opportunity cost before making your purchase. Beware.

Food was very blah and underwhelming! I had boneless 10 piece wings Lemon Pepper and Dry Rub Cajun, very little seasoning on the wings. The Cajun fries undercooked and very little seasoning. Husband had a cheesesteak sandwich, he liked it alright and his loaded fries were blah as well! NOT worth the $32 we spent. We do not recommend!

Ordered delivery. Edited my order for no onions.
Delivered with onions. They said the order didnt say no onions. Told me to call doordash for refund. How messed up is that?!!

I ordered the 6 taroki, a chicken wings and a lemonade on the side.
I took one bite of the chicken wing. I notice it was so was still raw,I went to the employee and told him it was still raw he Apologize and They made me a new batch chicken wings and gave me 10 chicken wings.

Absolutely always the best! I will not eat any other sandwich than here. The lemonade is always refreshing and cheers me up. The way they make your order before your eyes is mesmerizing and beautiful to me. The gentleman there are so sweet and kind. After getting out of work of working a 12 hour night shift and waiting for Charley's to open to get great service I'm truly happy to have my day made. Their owner is a one of kind find he's friendly and immediately corrected my order, to me he's a true hero.

Got take out here and food was still fresh and delicious when I got home. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Dietary restrictions: They handle allergies very well. I saw them clean every surface when this girl had a mushroom allergy.

Cashier was a bit rude, took about 15 minutes for my order to get out, and they forgot my sandwich on the first run, so I had to say I ordered a sandwich and fries, not two fries. Not impressed.

Absolutely disgusting ? Sandwich poorly made and thrown together more mayo on side of bun than on the sandwich. Fries undercooked!!!!Waste of my money and not to mention the brown

A few of the workers kept sticking their hands in their pants and showed very unprofessional appearance. Hats to the side, talking inappropriately in front of customers. I used to go here to eat, not any more after this incident...
