The entire team did a phenomenal job catering our wedding! All the guests were raving about the food! Still dreaming about the chicken piccata and harvest salad!

We recently hosted our son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Chef Dominique's banquet facility, and it was a truly amazing experience. They catered the 2025 Addy Awards at the Washington Pavilion and what they brought was nothing less than glorious. The attention to detail was very precise! I was offered a couple slices of the barbeque chicken flatbread and it was very delicious and had me coming back for more. The chefs are truly masters at the top of their game!!

Chef Dominique in his earlier years trained under one of the top French chefs in the world-that's fact. His knowledge of food/operational procedure is boundless and he is in a league of his own. There is a reason customers automatically turn to his catering service and their staff. They simply rarely if ever make a mistake on the service end as well as obviously the food end. If his home base was not in Sioux Falls, high-end catering in Sioux Falls would be hard to come by. He and his wife Jess are complete, passionate professionals and they have been for the past 20 years without hiccup. I've had the pleasure of knowing them for 20+ years and they go to the ends of the Earth for the catering experience. Anybody who has lived here long enough knows this already. And to me, what's most impressive is that whether your budget is lower tier or of the highest tier, your experience with them will feel world class no matter what. They are just that good. Chef Renee is also simply superb. She moves mountains to make sure EVERY angle of quality assurance and customer requests never go unattended.

Our son was recently married in Sioux Falls, and we wanted to host the rehearsal dinner somewhere downtown. We chose Chef Dominique’s Catering/Banquet without seeing the venue or tasting the food! All communication was via phone and email. The venue, service, and food did not disappoint! Planning was easy and stress-free. Staff/servers were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Such a relaxing evening with delicious food-we’re so grateful we chose them.
