We worked with Chef Dom's for our annual holiday party and they were fantastic, not only with the food selection (which was fantastic) but the service the day of the party, the decor for the room, etc. Highly recommend!
Chef Dominique's catered my daughter's rehearsal dinner. The food was amazing - guests were still commenting on how good it was days later. They were easy to work with, and their service staff was very professional, friendly, and flexible. I highly recommend them!
Chef Dominique in his earlier years trained under one of the top French chefs in the world-that's fact. His knowledge of food/operational procedure is boundless and he is in a league of his own. There is a reason customers automatically turn to his catering service and their staff. They simply rarely if ever make a mistake on the service end as well as obviously the food end. If his home base was not in Sioux Falls, high-end catering in Sioux Falls would be hard to come by....
