The bar only seated two spots, even though there was room for plenty more -- not very welcoming to a single diner. The tempura asparagus was tasty enough. Unfortunately half the asparagus was inedible because they fried up both the tender, edible spear tips, and also fried up the chewy, stringy base of the spear. Who does this? Teach your cooks that when you snap an asparagus spear in in half, throw the base away into the compost bin. Don't batter it up and fry it. What a waste of batter and oil and time and labor.

Minus some grizzle on the waygu sirloin, the food was delicious and well prepared. The timing of the dishes could have been slower paced so I didn't feel so rushed. But overall it was a great experience.

Food and service was fantastic. Olivia was our server and was super attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was ok. Some great elements like roses on every table and the chairs are cozy and comfortable. The building itself is old and charming. With such an elevated menu though the lighting was inconsistent and the neon signs and brighter lights in places are not necessary. That said, it's very approachable. The French onion soup and the beef Wellington were our favorites!

I had my birthday dinner at Chef Lance’s and was more than impressed! The ambiance was lovely, the menu was vast and executed with delicious excellence!! Our server, Kendra, was knowledgeable, friendly, timely and we enjoyed her! This was our first time and I’m thinking about going back next week it was that fabulous! I had the lobster stuffed beef Wellington and my husband had the crispy smothered chicken. Don’t wait, make a reservation online now!

Food was good. Nice atmosphere, not too loud. Their cups for drinks are tall plastic which seemed odd for a $50 a plate restaurant, should be glass. Deserts were delicious. Would eat here again.

I know it seems expensive, but when you cut into the steak.And you put it in your mouth and it just melts in your mouth.You know you're at the right spot and it's the right stake for the right kind of money, I had a great experience with lots of good food and My waiter was very, very good.Very polite when speaking and spoken to Every question I had was answered With great detail , I had no questions after they were Answered, I will be returning.
