My sister and I had a date night with our husbands as an annual Christmas tradition. The atmosphere at Chef Lance's is classy and cozy. Our service was exceptional, and THE FOOD!! Hands down, one of the best meals I've eaten! I had the parm crusted salmon for main course and crab cakes for an appetizer. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely incredible. My wife had Pork Wellington and I had the Beef Wellington. The Beef Wellington was cooked to perfection, and the beef gravy was simply divine. To cap off our meal, we indulged in a delectable cookie. I highly recommend this restaurant; the food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable.

The bar only seated two spots, even though there was room for plenty more -- not very welcoming to a single diner. The tempura asparagus was tasty enough. Unfortunately half the asparagus was inedible because they fried up both the tender, edible spear tips, and also fried up the chewy, stringy base of the spear. Who does this? Teach your cooks that when you snap an asparagus spear in in half, throw the base away into the compost bin. Don't batter it up and fry it. What a waste of batter and oil and time and labor.
