Super good frozen yogurt and a good variety of ingredients. I think the pricing is pretty fair. I'd rather pay 7 dollars for a bowl of fro-yo than a venti coffee. The staff don't interact too much, but that's understandable as it is completely self serve

I like Cherry Berry and the employees here. I am enjoying the fruit sorbets as well as some of the yogurts; however, I wish the flavors of yogurt changed up occasionally. I am grateful for the clean bathroom and sitting area even though I usually take my treat with me "to go."

Since I have had a lot of digestive issues the last 15 years, I've developed taste, smell, and texture issues. Lately, frozen yogurt sounds lighter and more friendly to my stomach than my beloved ice cream. So, beginning a few months ago, I sometimes come here for a "meal." I appreciate the almonds for protein, the fresh fruit, and the bobas (though I wish they would switch up flavors sometimes).

Overall, I like the people, the place, and the product.

I just visited this location around 8pm on Saturday June 15th and I'm very disappointed in the young staff that is working here. We were in the process of getting our items weighed and this little bot had picked up one of the red tongs and I watched him put it in his mouth to like the gummy candy off of them and put the tong back into the gummy candy container. I told the girl with long blonde hair that was in abraid what had just happened and she could care less. She didn't remove the Tongs or the candy container. I am absolutely disgusted. I then sat in the couch and ate my yogurt to then watch people get gummies out of that same exact container. I will probably not come back here again. I don't know where the manager is but there are 3 young girls who are working and standing around and being on their phones.

5/4/24Was here at 3:13 and the girl who is working has no customer service. Can’t even wear a smile on her face. No thank you. No greeting when I walked in. No thank yous. Very unimpressed with her professionalism.

Also had cheesecake yogurt, strawberries, brownie bites, Carmel turtles and sauce, sprinkles, hot fudge, and cheesecake bites. They weight it and u pay by the ounce. Very quick and self serve. Young people hang out here. Good vibes!.

A lot of choices my favorite is white chocolate,service is good.

I'm from Rapid City and I truly miss this place.

One of my favorite locations. Very clean and alot of variety. All in all a great place!

Great but kinda highly priced

I love going here. It's been one of my favorite places since I was a kid. I love the things they have for toppings that pop in your mouth. I would suggest the salted carmel flavor, but try whatever you think sounds good!
