I understand the need to be quick in a fast food environment but the teen boy with the north face jacket who take orders out side was so quick to make me finish with my order , after i said my whole order and paid without him telling me a price . as i get my order at the window i see they only put one item down forgetting the rest of the items i got . kinda disappointing when your in a rush somewhere needing a quick bite .

I haven't eaten at this specific location, but I've been into the store several times for Door Dash and every single time I have been treated incredibly poorly by the woman who works the counter. A heavy set African American woman with glasses and a bad attitude has completely killed my interest in patronizing this business, which sucks because the food is usually good and the morals and values are solid, at least at the other locations I've visited. This woman cannot handle interacting with more than one person at a time, responds with poor attitude and pushes Dashers off to the side as if we aren't delivering food to THEIR customers. They constantly send the notification that the order is ready and don't have it prepared. Hopefully that woman doesn't have more than one person talk at once because she can't multitask, by her own admission. Whoever runs this location needs to do something, call Jesus, pray about it, either way clean it up!

The food is good and the employees are great. However employees are left outside in the blistering cold and blistering hot for too long. Many of the employees are very friendly and hardworking, for example Lizzie. She has a bright smile on her face and helps anyone who asks. But sometimes I see her outside a lot in these weather conditions and feel bad. She obviously needs a raise for her hard work, many of her fellow coworkers do too.
Place was staffed nicely and the service was fast. The food tasted amazing and it was my favorite place to eat while we had family in the hospital. Highly recommend
Every single time I get the southwest salad from here I ask that I don't get any chili lime pepitas (AT ALL) I ask for extra seasoned tortilla strips bc I love the crunch in my salad and for some reason that's only damn thing they refuse to give me and I jave even offered to pay for them. If you are too busy at your job to read the whole order go home!!!! This has been going on 2 years of this now. I'm pissed bc I get food here very often

Portions are getting smaller, they forgot my son's nuggets, they forgot to substitute mac and cheese for my daughter's fries (and they forgot the fries as well), and the chicken wraps are half the size they once were. 70 dollars for a meal. Not worth it.

Parking: It seems to always be busy, and they get vehicles through the drive through very fast. The drive through is very well coordinated. We always eat inside and have always found someplace to sit and eat with little, if any wait time.
