Always great food and service
Food was delicious, drive thru was fast. Only problem was a busy and crowded parking lot.
The chicken was cold and raw. Was charged for a new one and was the same. Never coming back to this chick-fil-a.
Gave a 1 as they were out of fries and if you got a meal they made you pay extra for a replacement item. If they are out of an item, replacements shouldn’t have to have an extra charge. It is not my fault someone didn’t order enough product.
Great service, high food quality, and clean restaurant. We appreciated this on a long road trip.
Kimberly is awesome, give her a raise!

Friendly staff and quick service
Ordered a Chick-fil-A Deluxe with a side of Classic Sauce, there was only pickles and chicken on the sandwich they gave me. The chicken patty was only crispy on one side as well.

I understand the need to be quick in a fast food environment but the teen boy with the north face jacket who take orders out side was so quick to make me finish with my order , after i said my whole order and paid without him telling me a price . as i get my order at the window i see they only put one item down forgetting the rest of the items i got . kinda disappointing when your in a rush somewhere needing a quick bite .

Slowest chick-fil-a ever. Drive to Sioux City and back. You'll get your food faster and be back to town before your order is ready at this location.

I haven't eaten at this specific location, but I've been into the store several times for Door Dash and every single time I have been treated incredibly poorly by the woman who works the counter. A heavy set African American woman with glasses and a bad attitude has completely killed my interest in patronizing this business, which sucks because the food is usually good and the morals and values are solid, at least at the other locations I've visited. This woman cannot handle interacting with more than one person at a time, responds with poor attitude and pushes Dashers off to the side as if we aren't delivering food to THEIR customers. They constantly send the notification that the order is ready and don't have it prepared. Hopefully that woman doesn't have more than one person talk at once because she can't multitask, by her own admission. Whoever runs this location needs to do something, call Jesus, pray about it, either way clean it up!

The food is good and the employees are great. However employees are left outside in the blistering cold and blistering hot for too long. Many of the employees are very friendly and hardworking, for example Lizzie. She has a bright smile on her face and helps anyone who asks. But sometimes I see her outside a lot in these weather conditions and feel bad. She obviously needs a raise for her hard work, many of her fellow coworkers do too.

Place was staffed nicely and the service was fast. The food tasted amazing and it was my favorite place to eat while we had family in the hospital. Highly recommend
