The food is fine except for the smoked chicken which I thought was rubbery and tasted bad. Texas toast is always burnt. Poor service every time I have been here. The first time I came I found a staple in my food.

Chicken wings were OK nothing special! Would have preferred Wild Buffalo compared to this place! One wing had blood in it was brought to the attention of manager who blew it off by saying they we're cooked to an internal temp that's required! Won't be back!

The food is edible but unfortunately quite low compared to most places. Service was spectacular! But food was not.
I ordered the original chicken sandwich. The bun was essentially barren and room temperature, unnoticeable toasted or toasted. Chicken was not crispy or juicy or warm really. The Hush Puppies are really good!!!! Fries are not crispy, and are potato forward. I respect it. The ranch was liquidy but also seemingly “real” and not just nasty Heinz slop. Had a more gourmet taste. Blue cheese sauce was acceptable. The black unsweetened tea tasted like I actually brewed it, which is better than a lot of places can do. Mac sauce was more ketchup forward than other “classic chicken place sauces.” BBQ sauce is viscous and quite sweet. Has some spice.

Hadn't been there to eat for awhile but when we did it was very good. Today not so good the chicken on my sandwich was cold and I found a bone in with the chicken. My husband and I both had a corn muffin and they were cold and dried out. It was not a good experience .

I’ve given it two chances with the same results. Today was the final straw, I made my decision. I ordered the original chicken sandwich in drive through. Had a little wait but not bad, it’s going to be fresh, right? Drive through lady just pushed a bag in my hands and said thank you. When I opened the chicken it looked good enough. First bite, Luke warm, stringy and stale. Chewy and overcooked. Nasty. I tried the thinker, other side of the sandwich just in case. Just as gross. Tasted like it was under the warmer too long. Over cooked, dry, unpalatable. Nasty. First experience was exactly the same. You’ve lost a customer. There are so many other restaurants in town that do it right.

Stopped in for the first time thru the drive thru. I could hardly hear the worker (though I don’t know if she could do anything about it???). I did let her know. Because of that, I think I missed out on her asking me for sauces. Food was good despite that.
I feel like I was pleasant to the worker, but I didn’t feel the same feelings back. Chopped it up to her having a bad day. However, my drink has a hole in it and got all over myself and my car. To be clear, this was not a lid not placed properly. There is a small hole in the bottom of my cup and it created a mess in my car.
I think if any one thing would have happened I’d be happy to try again, but all three just made me feel like I won’t be stopping back. Not that they’ll miss me because I don’t live in the area.

Came and ordered thru the drive thru guy that took our order was nice got fries as our sides and never received them, main reason we even went is because we love their fries and ranch. Chicken was good and didn't check out food till we got home and we live 20 mins away just sucks
