We ordered 4 burrito bowls and 1 burrito. Every bowl and burrito was missing something from the order and the portions were small, and the food was cold. Very disappointing. After complaining they offer 5 free drinks. That’s what I get for spending over $60, 5 free drinks. Lame!

Food was good, but lots of things were out - lettuce, ice for pop machine, forks, 10 of the 12 drinks were empty, garbages were full and tables weren’t clean, bathrooms were dirty too. Guac and queso toppings were very expensive.

No ice, no forks, dirty with trash everywhere, food was far from fresh. Over half the pieces of "steak" in my meal were pure fat. Won't be going back for a while, hope they can get it straightened out some day.

I was on my break so I decided to stop by Chipotle the staff was very nice and kind they took my order my food was fresh and hot.

Stopped in at 8:30pm and food prep area was very dirty. Black beans in pinto/rice all over/ meat chunks glued to counter/brown guac/rice all over counter and subsequently on bottom of my bowl as it slid along. Paid and left. so turned off to the whole thing I tossed my uneaten meal into the trash and went elsewhere.

Chicken bowl was great however, the $3.50 guacamole was brown and gross. The entire amount, not just the exposed outer surface. We also ordered through the Chipotle app which is a nightmare to receive any response or refund for anything. Just be aware.
Be careful ordering online or via the application. If your food shows up with any errors, it is impossible to get a hold of someone. We had expired guacamole that ruined our meals and could not get a resolution.

Just came to get food. Staff rushed us to check out did not even acknowledge that we had a child and we're trying to order her food as well. The man didn't even ask and walked away and started to do his side work. While we were ordering the lady came up to take temperatures of the food and stuck the digital thermometer into each dish without cleaning in-between. She stuck it from cheese to salsa and into sour cream then back into the salsa leaving sour cream into one of the salsa. Then when I mentioned we wanted another meal the man became frustrated and dropped his side work into all the salsas. Absolutely horrible customer service. Children are people too and should be acknowledged for ordering food. Never coming back.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly won't even give you a moment to order food for your child. Completely assumed she didn't need food. She is 3 almost food and we were talking about getting her a rice bowl....no acknowledgment from staff and when I spoke up that I needed one more order...I clearly inconvenienced them.

The food is good. I'm vegetarian, so I can't speak to the meat quality, but I love the new vegan protein sofritas. The reason why they aren't getting a better rating is because it's never clean there. There's always particles of food and sauces on the tables, chairs, and the floor area nearby. Is it too much to consider having an extra person floating to do random tasks like CLEANING? It takes away from the food you're eating when you see there's some on the tables, seats, and the floor. 6/10. Could and should be better.

I came in and the man at the register was very rude . He was moving too fast and almost double charged me . As a former employee in Denver I know how important customer service is and it doesn’t seem instilled here . Do better greeting and listening to your customer never know the type of day they had .
