Just terrible

The girl with the dyed hair and piercings was extremely rude and had anger issues. She was rolling her eyes and throwing bags aggressively on the floor.

Arrived at 8 pm and food warmers were off, when they say they close at 10pm. Needless to say we got cold food, and my burrito wasn't even wrapped it was folded and wrapped in tin foil, so it completely fell apart in my lap. And when I asked for warm queso because the one they gave me was cold I was told the warmers were off. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you enjoy ice cold food and staff that seem to not like their job they were extremely rude and restaurant was filthy.

I have only been to this Chipotle once so decided to try it again. The place was filthy. We should have left but thought we’d try it. Dirty tables, dirty counter, dirty grill and mess of the soda station. I was really shocked. Still people were in line to eat. The guy that sat down next to us said he was glad his wife wasn’t along because she would have walked out.
I ordered a bowl with white rice. The rice was rock hard. They made me a new one with brown rice, that was hard to. I couldn’t eat it. My husband had a bug fall out of his burrito. Please someone look at all your reviews and clean this place up. You have a prime location. I hate to complain but this was really bad. Yikes

Me and my fiance picked up an order with them. I had a burrito and he had a bowl. The lady that gave us the food was so rude. There were atleast 5 people working and only one doing any work. The rest were just standing around. She didn’t say anything and slammed the door when she handed us the food for the first time. I checked the bag and the lady gave me a bowl instead of a burrito and had it all wrong. I am also allergic to a spice there, I can only have it made a certain way and it was never a problem before. When we turned around we noticed she forgot our chips and all of our dip. She remade it but gave us such bad attitude. I am very disappointed with the service.

Went in around 11am, everyone looked at me and said nothing. I waited about 7 min for someone to say hello and start helping me.

The food is ok now days.

I ordered online and they took my order and made it incorrectly. After I looked at it, I went inside and they told me they were out of veggies so they just didn't put any in. I would've bought food elsewhere if I had known that. Would not recommend getting food here

This chipotle is filthy. The grill looked like it had never been cleaned. There was mess everywhere counters/floors. They dragged my tinfoil through the mess. Someone is going to get sick. I forgot to mention the lettuce. It was old and wilted. TERRIBLE.

The store was noticeably dirty, and I waited quite a while before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After finally getting my food, I became violently ill within an hour of eating it. I tried to report this through the official Chipotle website, but their system wouldn’t allow me to submit the complaint. Very disappointed and concerned about the food safety and overall experience at this location.

After Boatright took over the quality has gone downhill. Since last summer I was disappointed that they didn't have veggies on several occasions. The drink fountain runs out. The employees loudly play their own music in the kitchen ruining the customer experience. I've been a faithful customer for more than 15 years and this very noticeable change has me definitely looking for a Qdoba or something else when it's time for a veggie bowl.

All wonderful but it was right after lunch and looked really dirty. Many open tables to sit but they were all dirty. I put my sack under my food to eat. It made the food unappetizing

We ordered 4 burrito bowls and 1 burrito. Every bowl and burrito was missing something from the order and the portions were small, and the food was cold. Very disappointing. After complaining they offer 5 free drinks. That’s what I get for spending over $60, 5 free drinks. Lame!
