This is by far one of my fav places. It’s right next to a chik fil a but me honestly I’m picking chipotle over chik fila I’m just saying in my opinion nice staff great clean environment refreshing great portions maaaaaaaaaan if you don’t come here and get chu a bite!!!!

Chipotle 4035 W 41st Street Sioux Falls SD. They didn't give me a receipt because they knew I wasn't happy. I'm a vegetarian and today was the 2nd time they had NO vegetables for my veggie bowl. I think what upsets me the most is how rude, and uncaring the whole staff was both today and previously. No other options were offered like free queso dip, no discount, or no coupon to use on my next visit, everyone just acted like I should just take it or leave it and get out... When you spend almost $30.00 for two meals, you should be treated better than that!!! I don't recommend ever eating there!

The portions are awfully small, probably because the manager doesn't keep it stocked. I say this because they're constantly out of ingredients. (Chicken, guacamole, fajita veggies regularly) Our orders are rarely correct. If im going to spend over 12$ per burrito it should be correct and not the size of a great value microwave burrito. The 10th street location is drastically better.

Giving 4 stars becuase the food is great, however, it's basically the same as Qdoba and Qdoba is way cheaper.

Went in at 6 PM to order some chipotle and I ordered veggie bowl and they go we are out of fajitas. I asked when they were making more and the guy back goes. I haven’t even started them. I told him OK I will order a Carnitas bowl instead they were out medium salsa, and hardly had any corn salsa left. I asked for the vinaigrette, and they were out of that too. The place was dirty with dishes everywhere none of the tables had been cleaned, trash laying around, and the staff was very unfriendly It was disappointing to have to pay full price for a bowl when half of the ingredients weren’t even available, especially at a peak time of 6 PM. I will not be coming back to the chipotle very disappointed in the cleanliness, the food quality, and overall the workers. It did not even feel like I was in a real chipotle.

I made a mobile order for pick up for 2 burritos and two bowls, on all my items they had guacamole they charge $2.50 for it and I received no guacamole at all, but that’s not the only thing they forgot. One of my bowls were missing fajitas/lettuce and tomato sauce. all my items barely had chicken. Very disappointing, I’ve ordered so many other times but this is the worse experience I had from chipotle. I forgot to mention I paid $52 on this order with half the items missing. I hope this chipotle find’s better employees because this is ridiculous.

This isn’t Chipotle. It’s an imposter.I realize they were probably slammed earlier in the night, it was evident in the mess of a front and back; food and garbage literally everywhere- so we opted for ‘to go’. No white rice, no queso, no pico. Brown rice was hard, is that normal? I honestly don’t know. But probably the biggest bummer is the amount of sour cream they added at the very end. On both of our meals. It turned our burrito bowls into creamy soup.. disappointing to say the least.
