To the gal that made my bowl on 1-13-26 at the drive thru.. you’re the real MVP. One of the best bowls i’ve ever had.

I've have tried catering orders 3 different times from this location. And everytime there was an issue. First time, they had forgotten to even make the order. Second, they gave my order way to some one else. Third time we show up 15 minutes after the pick up time and it still wasn't ready. The whole restaurant is just pure chaos behind the counter. No one seems to be in charge or know anything about what's going on. I am writing this as im waiting for my catering order.

We go to Chipotle all the time and we love it... most of the time. This location doesn't like to refill their food the last 2 hours that they are open unfortunately. Once they are out, they are done serving whatever item it is they are out of. If you have worked in the food industry, you know that they have prepped for the next day. You know there is more chicken to be made or more lettuce to be cut. This is utter laziness and not okay especially when we are paying for full price. Also, some of the workers act like they are the one's paying for the food and will not give you a full scoop of protein. The 41st Street location does not do this and they make things on the spot if they are out of them even if it's 30 minutes to close. This location should close at 8:00 p.m. because every single time I get off work to get something they are out of it and then that is that. It is truly disappointing especially as a regular customer.

We love this Chipotle! It is always clean, the service is fast and friendly and food is always fresh. It’s never too busy, they play soft background music in Latin language and the room temperature is very comfortable, not too cold to the contrary to some other places. This makes me want to stay in and eat food inside to enjoy the atmosphere instead of rushing out. One of the most important aspects of this particular location is the large parking space that is easily accessible if you are pulling a trailer behind your vehicle. We are pulling a 14 foot trailer behind and chose this location over other options specifically for the parking lot.

Super unhealthy oversalted chips. Chicken meat was sparse and very fatty. Service person didn't understand English.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever stepped foot in. The entrance was absolutely disgusting, the floors and seating looked as if they haven't been cleaned in a week, and the food was cold. The windows had smudges all over them, the outside seating looked as if a bomb went off near them. I'm shocked that whoever manages this store doesn't care about the customer experience. 🤮🤢 Will not be returning.

Chips were stale, gross!! And way too salty. Added extra sour cream and cheese in my bowl and didn’t hardly get any. Want a refund.
