Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a steak bowl on the Chipotle app for delivery. There was no steak in my order. “Pepper” was the online support bot that you’re forced to use when there’s an issue with your order. Its resolution was to credit me for a free entree. So now I have no food and if I were to place another delivery order, I get charged for all the fees and tips again. I Very poor customer service for issue resolution. I don’t think I’ll ever trust this location to get my order right.

Asked for extra rice and they actually gave it to me. And then they even wrapped it so well it didn't fall apart

Will not order again. Ordered a burrito with chicken rice beans and sauce. The burrito was just all filled with cheap rice and very little chicken absolutely no beans or any sauce. And it was gross! Felt sick after it. No wonder so many bad reviews here…

Nothing wrong with chipotle but if I’m going to compare this chipotle to the one on 41st.. I’d definitely recommend the one on 41st! The last 3 times I’ve went to this one on arrowhead I’ve unfortunately have had to pick out old rice out of my burrito/bowl.

The food here certainly doesn’t look like it does on the commercials. The beef and the chicken is dried and chopped up and it looks like it’s been there for three days. And for the pleasure of eating this, they want almost $20..

Workers were really slow and the cashier was really rude. I couldn’t hear what she said so I said “what” 3 times and she preceded to raise her voice at me. Horrible customer service.

I ordered on the app for my mom and I. The app said food would be ready at 2pm. We got in drive through at 1:58pm. 3 cars were in front of us. We were in line for 5 minutes and no one moved. Eventually we went inside. I walked up to the register where no one said anything for awhile. The lady finally asked for my name. She walked to the back then back to the register and didn't say anything to me. I waited for 10 more minutes before she said anything to me again. Finally after 20 minutes we got our food. When we got home they had mixed our orders together. I was very disappointed in their service and that the food was wrong. They were not short staffed just rude.
