Sioux Flying J is managed by nothing more than Ghetto trash. They allow bobtail trucks to park and take over the rv parking. My wife and I are RV Transporters and we never park in the truck parking area. A simple fix put up a sign stating absolutely no trucks. If you're an rv'er good luck finding a spot in the rv parking. This Flying J is pathetic along with the Dennys that's always nasty and closes early. The bathrooms and showers are usually nasty as well. Stay away or you might catch something you don't want.

So, if you are of dark skin, or of melanin, I would not go to this truckstop because the Denny's is subpar. Their service is probably the worst service I've ever experienced in my life and based on all the other yelpers, it seems like this Denny's is racist they have on more than one of occasions had situation's that are not of a favorable outcome with their guests. So like I said, if you're a truck driver and you're of dark skin, not Caucasian, this Denny's would not be the place for you to eat at because it seems like the waitresses don't want to serve people of dark skin, or of melanin. They are on TikTok they have videos of the waitresses being racist for no reason.

reviews already suck, I watched a tik tok video which showed a racist waitress who called police on customers who had been waiting 15 minutes or do to place their order to eat, she was rude and used her white privilege to call the cops, because she couldn't do her job and police came in hot ,rude and asked them outside.

this place has done a great turnaround as of May 18, 2023 with a brand new GM and his name is Jason. our waiter was Anna she was great we stopper coming here for a long time because of the poor service but Jason has done a complete turnaround with this Dennys they have a lot of waitresses now. we could tell when we walked in here there was a huge change for the better.

Very disappointed in this Flying J truck stop. I have used other Flying J's for years with usually good experiences. I have a Motorhome and intended to buy 60 or so gallons of gas and use their dump station. Their dump station requires a 10.00 plus tax fee for use. After inquiring about the fee I was told that it is even charged if you buy gas. Other Flying J's that I have used give you free use of the dump and I buy gas as a thank you for the service. I needed to dump (wanted less weight to haul) so I paid the fee but did not buy gas. I will seek out other places to dump and will purchase fuel elsewhere going forward.

Absolutely the worst station to purchase fuel! Cannot use your credit card at the pump. Have to go in to pre-pay or it will throw a code. No way to call for help from the pump to find out what the problem is with the pump. When I went in the cashier she. said you need just to pre-pay it doesn't usually work with the credit card!

The only reason I'm not giving this place 1 star is because the cashier was super nice. However, the Cinnabon girl was hateful. She was too busy fixing her hair to care about good customer service. Decided not to get the Cinnabon, put it right back on the shelf.

Paid for prime parking 1-15-2021 get there at 8:30 and all full cashier says they won't enforce the illegally parked non paying people taking up paid spots and wouldn't give my money back.. What a joke easy as calling your tow truck company that they use locally... Will never go here again. DO NOT STOP HERE

Don't even stop. Stopped for diesel 5 days ago and the pumps were slow and couldn't even fill. Pumps were gelled or tanks almost empty. Bathrooms are dirty. Staff is rude and unconcerned. Stopped again today...told the attendant the pumps were slow. Don't they change filters? Staff again was rude. Told us we could go elsewhere. Speaking of...sure looks like Sioux Falls has and opportunity for a competitor for the Flying J. Option along I-29 and I-90 are nearly nonexistent for a truck stop. And what's with Cinnabon right inside the door? Only positive? They are consistent. Consistently bad. Next time we'll go the 3 miles east on I-90 to Love's!
