I was unimpressed by my cold bon bites

Closed 25 minutes early even though the food court was still open and active. Very disappointed.
Great customer service, employees are so kind, would definitely eat here again!

I ordered for work and when I went to pick it up I was told they canceled it because they are out. No one called me or messaged me to let me know. I said I needed it for work and the gal didn't even seem to care. I still haven't gotten my reimbursement either (was told it would take a week) and purchase was June 11th, today is June 25th. I called and was told their system is slow and to call back once it is up. I asked to have them call me and they said their phone can't call out. They did end up calling me a little while later and she said a manager will call me tomorrow. I still haven't gotten a call. Tried calling again and the phone isn't even ringing. Will NEVER order from them again. They don't care about their customers.

Not impressed with my visit today
Out of Large rolls, didn't say if anymore we're being made or not
Had to purchase 2 extra frostings, very little frosting on the rolle.
Normally the rolls are excellent, but today they were disappointing

I really like Cinnabon, but in this one they almost always finish very quickly with the large roll packages and they no longer make them again and the only options are the minibons.Very friendly employees, good service.

We went yesterday 8/6 at 5pm while at the mall. There were signs hanging up saying "SORRY NO PACKS TODAY". I asked the employee why and she stated that they didn't have any dough pre made in the morning when they opened and that they couldn't keep up with sales so I asked could they put 4 rolls in a pack and sell me a 4 pack. The employees told me that she couldn't do that but she could sell me 4 rolls individually. So what it boils down to is you are willing to sell me 4 rolls for over $20 but you won't sell me 4 rolls for your advertised price of $14? I'm pretty sure you're breaking some type of policy and who's running this place cause the reviews explain everything. ? As the employees are hanging out in the back eating and still chewing their food while preparing other people's food. You need some food service training or an inspection!!

While shopping at Empire mall, we stopped by Cinnabon to buy a couple of Cinnabons. As we walked up to the glass case checking to see what they had displayed or available.The red headed employee haulered out saying you need to go to the purchase register on the other side. There was no one in line or no employee at the cash register. She waited until we got to the cash register before she came over to help us. Then we pointed to the Cinnabons behind the glass and said we wanted those 2. She rung us up without saying anything. she proceeded to grab 2 other Cinnabons that were deformed and not to our liking that we didn't ordered or asked for. We stopped her and said that it's not what we wanted. she said, well it's their policy to give out those first. We then said we'll if that's the case then we didn't them and like a refund. She walked away without saying anything. Went to go ask someone in the back room. She came back out and had an attitude face and was very sloppy on how she grabbed the ones that we originally asked for and slapped them into the Cinnabon boxes. She said that they told her to just give it to us. Then we asked her if that was their rules then why were some Cinnabons missing from the tray already. She replied and said because they as the employees ate them. She then just handed us the Cinnabons that she put into the boxes without putting them in the bag and turned away. She was very rude and unprofessional. Will never come back her again.
