Waited 20 minutes for a latte that didn’t come. I asked about it and they didn’t have the order somehow. This happened to several others while I was waiting and a lot of their orders were also wrong.

The lights are out over the countertop so the place looks like it is closed. No one was at the counter most of the morning. Bad attitudes of the staff prevented this sale from happening. If you aren’t a people person, maybe don’t work in retail sales at a bakery at an airport.
