I just went in here because I noticed they have gluten-free items. My daughter has celiac disease, and it is very rare to find a TRUSTED baker. After visiting, I found out that they supply all the hospitals with GF treats, so you won't have to worry. The donuts are delicious, which is just as important! With all that said, I can't say enough about the man and woman running this place. I think that the food and taste are only about 60% of what makes a great experience. The other 40% is customer service. These 2 people were worth the trip alone. We are not from around here but when we travel we judge the state we are in by the interactions we have with the people and let me tell you, if the majority of South Dakotans are as kind and welcoming as these two than we will be ranking this state high on our list of best places in the USA. Go support these people. Tell them that Kasey says high and thank you.Parking: It is a little hard to tell if you are in the right place, but when you walk in, it is directly to the left.Kid-friendliness: These people are kind to all.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is open and wheelchair accessible.

I ordered the gluten free cinnamon rolls, gluten free brownies and gluten free blueberry and lemon poppy seed muffins. Everything was delicious. The service was great and they informed me what gluten free products they had. The owners were friendly!

Had an AWESOME buffalo chicken quesadilla today. Homemade ranch was super good, you could really taste the buttermilk-ness flavor :) I added the optional onions and tomatoes that were fresh and juicy tasting as well. Little spicy buffalo bite but not overwhelming. My blueberry banana smoothie was great too. Good consistency to have with food as well, not too thick. Baked donuts are amazing here too, different flavors have completely different dough too instead of just different toppings. I’ll definitely be back to try all the flavors. Just inside the lobby of the Avera fitness center on southeastern. You don’t need a membership to go to restaurant.Parking: Big combined lot with the fitness center.

CNC Food Factory is a modern coffee shop located inside the Avera building, accessible through the center doors. The ambiance is comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a snack with friends. The food appears to be hand-crafted, and the menu offers various healthy options, which is a plus.
