l ordered a coffee on the app to pick up at the drive thru. It was ready when I got there. The gal at the window was very nice and had a great big smile for me and even used my name when she thanked me. I didn't order any food.

Food has went way downhill over the years in quality, taste & bang for your buck. You order a bagel & they no longer cover it in cream cheese for you --- now you get a little 2 oz cup which isn't even enough. & They charge you more than ever for that same bagel.

At this location I struggle to get hot coffee consistently. Quite often it would be barely warm. I now only order Americanos to ensure the drink is hot. Other than that, always great service. They do have a sitting area.

I bought some tea balls there, today as well as some decaf coffee! The gal at the counter was very pleasant and although they had to brew the coffee. It tasted great probably because it was freshly brewed! Very nice atmosphere. I go there because of the great staff ! Thanks!
