Employees acted as they could care less they had a job to do. 12 minutes at the window watching the gal piddle with her phone while we waited patiently. Scoured at me when asking for a bean.

Stopped in for a drink to go. Only one staff working out front. She was handling the counter & drive through alone as well as making everything. She was working very hard. She accidentally made a size larger but gave to me anyway. She was dong her best but needed another person to help. My drink was excellent.

Breakfast food was good but no modifications or substitutions were allowed on pre-made breakfast sandwiches. Clean preparation areas, eating area, and rest rooms. Comfortable inside seating for small groups.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level with no steps. Wheelchair ramp in the sidewalk out front. Handicapped accessible restrooms (2).

Absolutely disappointed with this location. They use to open 5-5:30 then one day I show up and they tell methwh Dont open till 6. I asked if they changed there schedule. But the last on the phone just kept repeating we Dont open till 6. Online it says they r open around 5

Used to stop by every morning before work for an XL Americano until they started packing the cup full of ice and putting less drink in there. Hope the couple bucks you saved was worth the 2400 dollars a year that will go to a competitor now.

Great coffee and service is good inside and at the drive through. I only wish there was a way to measure a "splash" of cream or "light" cream!! I don't think we will ever go back to a time b4 covid where we got to mix coffee on our own!!

Many times my bagel is either burnt or there is barely cream cheese on it. I have had my drink messed up many times and taste like something is missing and when I call back they don't seem apologetic. I will not be returning to that location again. And the wait time is crazy. Nor do they seem very happy.

Drive through is by far the slowest I've ever been through but I love coffee so i wait sometimes I don't think they add my 3xtra shots though cause the flavor is hardly
