The past few times I have gone I've tried to get Sandwich and haven't been able to. It's either they are out or they shut down their machines already and can't make them. Why be open and advertise that you can have sandwiches while open all day if that's not the case...

There is not one bad thing I can say about this Caribou. Every single time, i've been greeted right away through the drive thru, always got asked about rewards, every single staff member i've ever seen or heard has been respectful, polite & kind. Always been quick and easy. 10/10 their drinks as well. never had better!!

I'm a regular at this location, and have encountered many great people. Some who have gone but others who have worked there awhile. The customer service is very excellent; they greet me by my name and always make sure to have my coffee up to my standards. ? Atmosphere is fantastic to get some computer work done as well.

Lobby is closed all the time now because they are "short staffed". I love this location because it's a really nice place to sit not as much for the coffee. When drive in only this place has zero value

Such a nice coffee shop for Mother’s Day coffee with my daughter! Staff is extremely kind & helpful. Our breakfast bagels were awesome. Love the location on East 10th street.
