I came to eat ice cream with my girl and we both liked it a lot but not the customer service lady’s were rude and when we were leaving we said goodbye only for them to laugh at us in a disrespectful attitude

First time experience with my family for a birthday treat and we had the worst service I had ever experienced. I made the mistake by asking for a chocolate shake and apparently was too much work for the employee. Throwing dishes and spoons to the point the entire line turned to see what happened. Shirley Ave in Sioux Falls is not the place to go.

Didn’t let me order skipped over me and didn’t let me order and I didn’t do anything only wanted chocolate with brownies and chocolate syrup.

This place is really good and great service

I would have left a tip, but your employees were constantly rolling their eyes at the customers. Also, the store is full of holes. This isn’t your norm.

The ice cream was very good but a lady with glasses and black hair was very rude and had a lot of attitude. They didn’t have good customer service and just seemed like they just didn’t want to be there at all which just ruins the whole vibe of having ice cream with my kids on a hot day.

First time here! Very rude ladie/she man working, girl was angry not sure what her problem was. The dude with pony tail was very nice though.

Service was great and atmosphere is always clean! I got a "gotta love it" chocolate devotion. Woah......back off the chocolate chips. Way too much and distracts from the ice cream and brownie portion. Always a classic, but I'll back off the super sweet options.
