Cold Stone Creamery is not just known for its delicious ice cream; the staff and management truly make it a wonderful experience! We recently had the pleasure of working with them for an event, and they were incredibly helpful. The quality of their ice cream met our expectations perfectly, and the team involved was simply fantastic. Whether we're planning an event or just stopping by for a sweet treat, Cold Stone is our go-to place in Sioux Falls. It's definitely the top ice cream spot in town!

Service was great and atmosphere is always clean! I got a "gotta love it" chocolate devotion. Woah......back off the chocolate chips. Way too much and distracts from the ice cream and brownie portion. Always a classic, but I'll back off the super sweet options.

They never seem to be open when their posted hours say they should be. We’re on our 3rd time of trying to stop in.

Pretty average. Overall flavor, restaurant vibe and service hasn't changed much in 20 years. Time for an update and enhanced flavor quality.

I was quite disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place. The staff was courteous but had no clue how to make and mix various ingredients. They need formal training to be more efficient. The floor and other surfaces were actually dirty. The staff was handling the ice cream and other eatables without gloves.

Stopped in for an afternoon ice cream treat. Cold Stone Creamery was a great experience. Their ice cream is made on site and all of their selections are hand mixed. Very delicious. Large waffle cones.

The ice-cream here is a bit more unique than other ice-cream place.They have the "toppings" mix into the ice-cream instead. Very good flavors.My favorite is the cheesecake ice-cream, taste like cheesecake, very milky. RStrongly recommend it ??

We absolutely love ColdStone and this store did a fabulous job of keeping a long line moving! Service was friendly, and the store was relatively clean for the busy pace that was happening. Thanks for a great experience and the best dairy free ice cream ever!!!

Ice cream is still good. Service and the shop itself is disappointing to say the least. I remember it being a clean place, last night was not the case. Wallpaper falling off, trash on the floor, food scattered all around the back, freezer broke ( that happens, I get it ), workers that had zero interest in being there and didn’t hide it.
