The ice-cream here is a bit more unique than other ice-cream place.They have the "toppings" mix into the ice-cream instead. Very good flavors.My favorite is the cheesecake ice-cream, taste like cheesecake, very milky. RStrongly recommend it ??

We absolutely love ColdStone and this store did a fabulous job of keeping a long line moving! Service was friendly, and the store was relatively clean for the busy pace that was happening. Thanks for a great experience and the best dairy free ice cream ever!!!

Ice cream is still good. Service and the shop itself is disappointing to say the least. I remember it being a clean place, last night was not the case. Wallpaper falling off, trash on the floor, food scattered all around the back, freezer broke ( that happens, I get it ), workers that had zero interest in being there and didn’t hide it.

I asked to create my own, and the girl rolled her eyes at me. I asked for pumpkin bread batter, cheesecake and graham crackers, she put a very small scoop, I asked for more and she stared at me and didn't put in any, put it in the container and asked if I had rewards, I didn't but said I'd like to sign up, then she said we'll I don't know how to do it. She walked away. I tipped $6 for myself and my friends ice cream, but when my daughter worked there, things were clean, the servers were friendly and helpful. They were not horribly busy, but a few girls definitely acted like they hated everyone, everything and were not happy to be there.

First time to the Sioux Falls location and can say that I was not impressed. An associate by the name of Liz was pretty rude when I had changed my mind on the topping that I wanted in my ice cream even though she hadn't put it in the ice cream yet. She didn't smile and did not have a name tag, I had to ask what her name was from another associate. I had apologized for miss speaking on my topping but yet that was not enough to please her. I will be getting my ice cream elsewhere even though the cake batter is my all time favorite.

First (and last) time going here. Service was very lackluster and our order was wrong. Sticky and dirty tables to sit at (if you could find one as there is only minimal seating) Both of us were sick-to-our-stomachs within an hour of eating there. Save your money~

We came to celebrate!! My daughter won their softball division tourney tonight and had to get a celebration ice cream after! Amazing ice cream and an amazing season! Sioux Falls Youth Slow Pitch Softball is a great organization! The girls did great!Oh yeah - these spectacular ice cream dishes are the Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some! Oh so delicious!! The cookie dough is chopped up and you get a good amount throughout. Balanced and makes your taste buds sing!!

I ordered a "love it" serving of cookie dough ice cream with "more cookie dough than you've ever given anyone." The male scoop professional who was helping me nodded and got to work... He clearly understood the assignment. I've never had ice cream with as much cookie dough as I did from this cold stone. Bravo scoop professional man, bravo.

When I walked into Cold Stone, there was a medical emergency going on. Staff was doing all they could for the person & family. I was waited on by other staff & was able to get my order & move my car so Ambulance could get in front & assist the person. Amazing staff & how they handled the situation!

I came in close to closing yesterday (6-22) and had ordered an everybody’s Oreo overload with cheesecake crust. I may have confused the lady with saying I wanted cheesecake crust but then when I got home, all it was was cheesecake with the crust. There were no Oreos or anything. Was not happy with that.

I mean, if you want ice-cream where you pick any flavor, treats, and toppings to be added - this is the place. Custom made ice-cream to your own taste. Every time I go the staff is friendly and quick. The ice-cream is delicious and waffle bowls... um yes please ?
