Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Pancakes are excellent. The.menu seems incomplete and smaller each time I dine. It has an atmosphere of going out if business I'm sad to say. I hope that's not the case.

The service was good but the food was barely warm and was plated messy. You could tell the warmers where the food is kept wasn't to temp and the cook that plated the food didn't care and just threw it on the plate. It was around 730 in the evening and they wasn't busy . My server was nice and checked on me and brought me a refill pretty sure the problem was in the kitchen.

If you’ll be ordering to go, expect to wait an extra 20 minutes from when it’s mentioned that your food will be ready. Happened multiple times and has been getting worse. Was offered a discount last time which never worked. Very, very, very slow for to go food.

We ordered two meals and one meal came with 2 sides; carrots and rice in which we didn't get. I got the fries for my side and there were probably 10 fries (all small) in with the burger. We go to Cracker Barrel in person almost weekly but we decided to get delivery this time and we will not be doing that again. I still love the restaurant I just wish they would have double checked that it was all in there

Normally we love cracker barrel but todays experience was not good at all. Steak was undercooked, got maybe 2 bites of hashbrown casserole, forgot my broccoli (didnt relize till ate, paid and on way home). Forgot jelly for biscuts. No spooms for kids to eat apple sauce. Wifes food was burnt. Not sure we will be back with portion sizes going down and quality of food dropping, actually left hungry today.

I love love love Cracker Barrel. They have friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Family-kid friendly restaurant. Reasonable prices. I love the gift shop as you come in. They do have post cards and magnets and cups and tshirts for those tourist looking for collectibles. Try the sweet tea it's so good. $43.97 for 2 people. Always worth the money 💰!!

My husband had the daily special, chicken and rice. The rice was tough and crunchy, like it was left sitting too long. My hashbrown casserole was cool, the butter I added wouldn't melt.

Food was luke-warm. Carrots not cooked through, apples few and barely any sauce. Biscuits came cold and hard, so sent them back for replacements. We’ve always enjoyed previous visits, so was terribly disappointed.

This is one of my favorite restaurants.

Wheelchair accessibility: My dad loves going there and he gets around just fine in his electric wheelchair. Also, staff is always helpful and move chairs or whatever is needed.

As far as post COVID frozen Cracker Barrel food goes, this one was pretty good 👍

Stayed in RV spot, the traffic noise finally stopped after 11PM. It was a weekend night sooo…. 🤷‍♀️

After the local street racer shenanigans it was very quiet.
I mention this for RV’rs because we have stayed here before during the week and it was very quiet after 9PM.
