I really love Crisp & Green, their salads and smoothies are always delicious, and the staff has never disappointed me. It’s one of my favorite healthy food spots.
However, I hope the management takes cleanliness more seriously, especially during the summer. Eating outside is such a treat after our long months of cold weather, but the outdoor tables are consistently dirty all season. They set the tables out for customers to use, yet they’re rarely cleaned.
The same issue appears inside. The bathroom and dining area floors are often dirty, and it makes me wonder: if the high-traffic areas look like this, what does the kitchen look like? It’s disappointing, because the food itself is great.
I truly hope things improve. A clean restaurant makes customers feel safe and confident about the food they’re eating. I love Crisp & Green, but the lack of cleanliness has made me choose other restaurants lately. I hope to come back when things get better.

I have been here quite a few times. What draws me here is the healthy food but I always leave with a bad customer experience. Whenever I order the girl that is right up front with the glasses always seems annoyed we are ordering food and if you made any substitutions she makes like it’s a huge inconvenience and is annoyed with you. Not the vibe I want when I’m paying a good chunk of change for a bowl. A smile and a welcoming vibe would go a long way.

Overpriced. Food is good if you're wanting to save calories. Claire at the register and Tara who made my food were absolute Gems. Shift runner seemed to not be present while I was there. Went to the bathroom and saw a couple people sitting in the back, guessing it was some sort of management. Bathrooms were clean though. I give this place a 3.5.

Ordered the Greek bowl to go, as I've had and enjoyed it before. Today, it was terrible and the amount of spinach in the bowl was massive compared to the minuscule amount of tasteless toppings.

Chicken has tendon still on it. Every single piece and every time I go here. Disgusting!
I've been here a few times and it's usually good but inconsistent. I'll get a huge portion one time then my bowl is half full the next time. My soel bowl was missing a couple ingredients. Overall still a decent spot.

Unfortunately, we will no longer be customers of Crisp & Green. The last three times we’ve tried to place an order through the app, it has stalled on the payment page and never processed. When we called to place an order instead, we were told you don’t take orders over the phone.
For many customers, especially those with young children, going into the store and waiting is not a practical option. If you offer an ordering platform, it should function reliably, or you should provide an alternative option that doesn't include directing customers to DoorDash, that, of course, comes with added cost. Reliable ordering is an essential part of the customer experience, and without it, we simply can’t continue ordering from Crisp & Green.
