Went in to order to go, got great service, but when the person helping me asked for help, they got attitude from their coworker. She walked down the line to the next customer exclaiming how she was working for free as she just happened to clock out before help was asked for. A few simple solutions could have been to just clock back in and get paid for the 5 minutes of help, or let the customers wait longer and just leave since she was clocked out. The attitude left a sour feel in the air and was uncalled for.

Me and my friend called in around 5:07 and asked if they were currently doing a BOGO the girl on the phone said, “yes till 7pm in store only” so we go into the store order our salads and go to check out and before I pay I asked again it’s BOGO they said yes till from 5-7 it was around 5:30 at this point but then she said they turn off that offer for the day and it was only 5:30 and the girl making other salads said there was nothing they could do about it with a unhelpful attitude, the salad was very delicious tho

First time I got a salad togo, there was a live fly in it. It was summer, and they had the patio open, so I gave it another shot several months later. As I was ordering, the girl making my salad wiped her nose up her forearm. Dirty place. Won’t be going back.

Great food. Young 15 year old leadership yelling at staff highly unprofessional. Expensive.

Just stopped for gift cards, but they had a good special and looked like great food options. Will definitely try it some day.

Love the fresh options! All combinations I’ve tried have tasted wonderful. I especially appreciate that I can swap tofu for the meat in any salad and it’s a hearty, filling vegetarian or vegan meal. Options to BYO also really great. I wish sit down and fine dining restaurants in town could take a memo from this establishment on how to build a filling and healthy salad with complementing textures and flavors.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options are awesome

I've eaten here several times now, and the food is good but pricey for what you get. The service however has been terrible. The employee's are rude and give the impression that they don't want to be there. No reason to go

I placed a $40 delivery order on the crisp and Greens site and DoorDash stole the entire order. They said they delivered it and I never received it. And Crisp and Greens won’t do anything about it. Don’t ever have them deliver your order!

I stopped here on a Friday around 1pm. Although the place was quite busy, they have the process down to a well-oiled machine! You walk up to the counter to order and then work your way down the line, watching staff make your bowl along the way, before paying at the end. I ordered the Seoul Bowl, which I believe is Vegan (although I'm not), and it was AMAZING! It's a casual dining place and a nice change from the typical fast food restaurants. Highly recommend!
