Cookies never disappoint but I definitely wish I could get my favorites more often. I've never had bad service and always leave with exactly what I'm expecting :)

Don’t go here folks, i worked there along with 5 other young ladies for the last 2 weeks and they didn’t pay us on payday. waited until the end of the day to tell us we wouldn’t be paid. The end of our shifts. And they did get paid. It was just the new people who got stolen from. I quit on the spot and many others will be following as well. I Hope you all enjoyed free cookie day though. shame on you crumbl. Edit: 10/24/24 My complaint against this company went through and was added to the many other labor law (dawley farms crumbl) cases it has against them. Next time pay your workers Heather Berry from Utah.
After waiting a looooong time for four cookies, what we recd wasn’t what we ordered. The two brownie cookies were undercooked and raw in the middle. didn’t realize until after I recd the chocolate chip cookie that there was sea salt flakes on top. Yuck! One and done-never going back.

I absolutely LOVE me some Crumbl cookies and will continue to be a patron, but holy cow, this location was astoundingly filthy. Dirt, trash, bugs, corn(?) all over the front area and cookies, frosting, batter strewn about the back. Here's hoping my cookies don't have too much "extra seasoning" this time. Looked like just a couple "kids" running the place. Crumbl, give our youth a little direction and maybe hire more help.

Great place for a special occasion dessert, bad day treat or anything worth celebrating. The options are different almost every time I visit and ranges from a large variety of freshly baked cookie based desserts to the perfectly sized mini cakes. If you only want a few bites of a treat the portions are generous and one cookie or mini cake will be sufficient for two desserts or can be split between two people. Highly convenient with a drive thru and you can get a free cookie on your birthday if you sign up for their points club. NOTE: that your birthday gift will show up on your account the month of your birthday as confimed by a crumbl employee. Enjoy!
Walked in about 12:30pm never having been there before. Had some questions about their cookies. 4 employees working, no one else in store and no one acknowledged or welcomed us to the store. After a few minutes of no acknowledgement we left
