Waited in the drive thru for 25+ minutes. Food was wrong, didn’t get my sauces and it was all cold. It wasn’t very busy maybe 6 cars in line. Not sure why it’s always this Culvers. And if Culvers responds to this no I can’t leave a review on your contact Culvers.com because this Culvers isn’t listed on there as an option.

I love this Culver’s, they’re the best in town. I live super close by, so I go MUCH more than I should. They’re always so nice and PACK your custard with toppings

Waited in the drive through for 30minutes waiting for my food with only one car ahead of me. Cars began to pile up and then I finally got my food which was cold. Guys delivering food vaping on the way to my vehicle. Place is brand new not impressed.

Drive up took 25 minutes to get our food today. Wow so slow! Food was fine but they need to figure out the drive up service.
Usually I don’t write bad reviews but our experience tonight was not good. Food was all wrong and we waited over a half hour for it. Never have this experience at Culver’s before.

Cant attest to quality of food or atmosphere, but sat in drive thru for 25 minutes, no greeting, while they served 6 cars in the other lane. If they cant handle two lanes they need to shut one down.
