This Culvers has really gone downhill. Customer service was non-existent today as we were missing multiple fries on this Father's Day. We were the only ones at the restaurant when we ordered (10:45 AM) and waited 10 minutes for our food.
We got all the way home when we realized we were missing our fries and I had to drive back. The woman at the window wasn't able to get payment for each person for 4-5 minutes each time. I waited twenty minutes to request a refund for the fries. What did I get? An assistant manager who wasn't apologetic at all and waiting 20 minutes for a apparently 3 dollar refund. Culvers is one of the most expensive fast food restaurants in this area--improve your training.

This Culvers was in the Empire Mall. Not as many people working like at the restaurant. One young person seemed unsure of there job at the counter. Food was delicious and hot. Waited a few minutes to get our meals.

We had ice cream and it was delicious as always. The manager and all of the employees made sure we were well taken care of. It is not often you get customer service such as this where every employee you encounter in a restaurant is friendly and caring.

Normally, I really like Culver's, and we typically have great service when we dine-in, but their drive-thru is often a struggle. This time we were missing 1 of our burgers and all 3 of our ranch sides. With a crying, hungry toddler in the vehicle, going inside and waiting in line to fix the order isn't always an option.
