The fish sandwich was nothing like the picture on the menu. It dosn't hang over the bun, it was smaller than the bun and extremely greasy. It was terrible!

Culver's is a great place to take your family. Whether you're on a road trip or just here in town because you live here, always stop in and get one of their famous butter burgers with cheese. Make sure you get a basket with some of their delicious fries. For dessert, grab you some ice cold delicious custard!

This Culvers has really gone downhill. Customer service was non-existent today as we were missing multiple fries on this Father's Day. We were the only ones at the restaurant when we ordered (10:45 AM) and waited 10 minutes for our food.
We got all the way home when we realized we were missing our fries and I had to drive back. The woman at the window wasn't able to get payment for each person for 4-5 minutes each time. I waited twenty minutes to request a refund for the fries. What did I get? An assistant manager who wasn't apologetic at all and waiting 20 minutes for a apparently 3 dollar refund. Culvers is one of the most expensive fast food restaurants in this area--improve your training.
