It was super busy at noon. That being said they moved people through pretty fast. We had a large group and they had the order right first try. Could’ve been a bit cleaner but that place was packed. Pretty sure they kept up as good as they could.

It wasn't near as good as usual. They changed their cod fillets.. the fish portion what about half the size of usual. There was so much extra bun I had to tear it off. It was very dry there was hardly any sauce on it. I was very disappointed in it the cheese balls and onion rings were good, but I was very disappointed in that cod fillet.

I just place a 72.14 order items were missed and discovered when I got home. I called right away I was told by the store manager and she told sorry but we are really busy. Not sure how this was my problem but said she would get the items ready missed if I want to come back. So I would have to travel 5 miles back to get the missed food. I also asked for a coupon due to my inconvenience she said no. Asked to have General Manager to call because due to privacy she could share his schedule. Wow what a joke. We come to Culver's 3 time a week. What a disappointment that this type of service is from our own local Culvers.
Yall need to make your custard taste bad, it's contributing to my obesity, man that stuff is good!

The 70% chance of the drive through screwing up our order is making us say ''let's go to Arby's it's cheaper and Culver's won't get it right''. We're done! # 17's enough,see you at Arby's after you've been pissed off for the last time.
Hate to amend a review but the customer service at this location has taken a turn for the worst. The last three times we have gone through the drive-thru something has been wrong with our order. I am tired of paying for things we do not get but decided to give them one more try. Instead of drive-thru this trip I ordered inside in hopes of a better experience. The employee who took the order was great and I thought this trip was different. When I got home to my surprise one of the doubles had a single piece of meat... again the recipe was correct. When I called and asked to speak with a manager I was told "mistakes happen" which I do understand. What I don't understand is this woman continued to call me "mam" even after I gave her my full name & told her I was not a "mam". This manager continued to go down this road even after being told that I was a man...she finished with "well you don't sound like a man". Again she was given my name, just shows how little even the manager pays attention at this location... I will not frequent a business that has such little regard for customer service. I probably should have tuned and left when the guy in front of me walked out in anger. Not good Culver's!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
