One of my favorite fast-food chain in Midwest. I got Culver’s Deluxe burger and it was delicious. It is juicy and tastes fresh. Beef is tender. The fries are crispy. For this price it is very good deal. This restaurant itself is clean inside and staff is friendly. I always go to this restaurant whenever I’m in Sioux Falls. There is also lots of parking space which I appreciate.

First time goer. First experience was terrible and we paid about $80. The coke we received tasted more like carbonated water, asked if it could be replaced and it tasted the same. We were missing a salad and two of our burgers were just completely wrong. We had high hopes

The staff at this location waa so kind and helpful with a carryout order. The Manager worked right along with the team, engaging them and customers along the way. You don’t see that level of engagement and superior service standards in retail environments often. Kudos to all working this evening!

Food was excellent as always. The problem came when my son wanted to turn in his coupon for a free custard cup. We stood at the counter for roughly 5 minutes. During that time, there were no other customers ordering. 6 different employees walked by and saw both of us standing at the counter, and yet not one of them acknowledged us. No greetings, no asking if we needed assistance, nothing. Several customers left and were told goodbye. The cashier was engrossed in writing on her notepad, she didn't see another customer standing directly in front of her. He spoke up and she looked in every direction but directly in front of her. I'm very disappointed in this complete lack of service and outright ignoring of customers. I understand if this was peak dining hours but it wasn't. 815 and the store is almost empty, but somehow we fell through the cracks... for 6 different employees

I'm getting really sick of ordering the flavor of the day and only getting the tiniest bit of toppings. I took my family out to eat and the flavor of the day was pretty much just vanilla. DO BETTER!🤬NOT VERY DEMURE
