Customer service was terrible. One of the managers (Drew) was completely rude the for the whole interaction ordering and then told one of the other staff to serve us because he didn't want to deal with us. If my transaction hadn't gone through before the rude experience, we would have just left. We will not be coming back to eat at Culver's in the mall due to our experience.

Culver's is always a family favorite. Slightly higher priced for fast food but the quality and service is usually always amazing. This last time, dude wouldn't throw some sprinkles on my kids cone for her and it was a little annoying but we found a way to accommodate it by putting some in a dish. I think it wouldn't have been a big deal to just throw them on there but oh well. They'll stay in the top 10 for quick family outings tho!

Horrible customer service by a kid who was working as a cashier, his name was Jayden or something like that. Culvers should pay more attention on who they hire because I will never go there again.

Greasiest and saltiest burger I’ve ever tasted, could guess they hadn’t cleaned off the grill all day and the concrete mixer tasted watered down and like they compensated by putting extra brownie pieces in it. Pretty disappointing considering I’ve only had good Culver’s experiences elsewhere
