Have had great experiences in the past but an employ who I think was named Jessica with a red braid in her hair was extremely rude after bringing us are concrete mixer that we asked about because we were waiting which is fine but there was no need for her to snatch the number tent and me rude to employees

So normally I don't have a problem with this place but today put a very bad taste in my mouth so I went in there I was going to meet a friend but I was running behind so my friend left which was fine but I stood in line and I waited the cashier was amazing by the way took my order she did a great job My problem doesn't rely with that It relies with there was a customer complaint at the desk and the miniature didn't seem to care and then kept walking away because he didn't understand what the customer wanted and he kept being rude about it talking to the staff about how this guy was a dumbass or you could watch him sit there and say this dumbass now I wasn't the only one there that could see that and I don't care You take responsibility for the mistakes that you make You don't blame your staff You don't do anything you take care of it You have plenty of staff there so then I get my burger and my burger was probably the worst burger patty I've ever gotten It was burnt dried out It wasn't the delicious butter burger ball that we know and love from Culver's and I feel sorry because it's manager seemed more irritated and more upset than anything and it reflected the food reflected but the front counter grows they were amazing

Staff is great! Place is clean! The food is consistently AWESOME! This is the best Culver’s in all of Sioux Falls hands down! The rotating custard menu is something to be excited about all the time. The Rootbeer is a must have! Vaamanan is the absolute best!
Love that they have gluten free buns but hate that I have to open an extra to get my bun and scoop my burger into the bun. Also they read our order back to us 3 times and still got my food wrong and didn't include the fries.

Nice restaurant. Good food. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Their burgers and fries are so good ☆☆ NOT greasy. Custard ice cream is so good. Tables are clean. Parking lot big. When a person orders thru drive up they remember to put condiments & napkins in bag!
