I love Culver's! I would have given a 5 star rating but the last time I went thru forgot my son's cheese curds. Quite expensive forgotten item. They immediately offered to send me a full meal coupon in the mail so I appreciate them being accountable and having fantastic customer service in a difficult situation. Thanks!

They got my order wrong and a bus full of kids came in right behind me so we didn't make a fuss and just went with it.
So friendly we were welcomed by every person that worked here as we walked in the door they even came and openef the door for my dad who uses a walker very great place would recomend
