I LOVE the concept of this cafe - healthy, high quality ingredients served in a fast casual setting. And this place has a lot of things going for it with a few major downsides.

First, the atmosphere is great. Bright, airy, clean with plenty of seating (main floor, patio and even has an upstairs). And, the açaí bowl (we ordered two of them) was genuinely one of the best I’ve had - creamy, rich and delicious topped with fresh ingredients.

Unfortunately, the location left a few items to be desired. Most frustratingly, their hours online (Google and their website) were incorrect. So we made a trip across town on a Saturday afternoon with three small kids in tow just to find a sign taped to their door notifying patrons of their updated hours. This was frustrating, as we had checked Google and their website and both, along with the permanent hours on their door, had the old hours listed. So maybe call before you visit?

Second, the service left a lot to be desire. There were three young girls there when we visited and all were on their phones at one point or another during our visit. They were not rude, but could benefit from some training in providing a warm, welcoming experience for patrons, especially when they are paying $80 for a meal out.

Which brings me to my final point - the prices. I realize with high quality ingredient, you’ll end up paying more, but we ended up paying $80 for breakfast for our family of two adults and two toddlers (baby had nothing) ordering two açaí bowls, two entrees, a coffee and a smoothie.

Food is good, but not worth the price, IMO. Get a loaf from Breadico (right next door!) and make it yourself if you're really craving one of the toast items!

I am a big fan of daily and I love the quality of their ingredients, but I have had so many terrible experiences with service. The past 5 times I’ve came in my coffee was made correctly once. Two times there was no espresso, just milk. Two times there was nothing added other than milk when I ordered a flavored drink. Today when I came in I paid $8 for a halfway full coffee that had more foam than anything else and most importantly did not have espresso. When I brought this to the workers attention they told us that the espresso machine had been broken and that they put brewed coffee into it. After I tasted it, it was obvious that there was no coffee whatsoever in it, just milk. They knowingly made me pay full price for an item that was not what I ordered. In the past they offered me a refund, but I was never given it, so today I simply walked out defeated.

I love this place so much because of the high quality ingredients, but recently every-time I order a latte, it comes out wrong after paying $8. the most recent time i got a coffee i told them there was no espresso in it and it was only halfway full and they told me there was and wouldn’t listen, but there was not and this was not the first time this has happened. I did not pay for milk. The service is just so upsetting and I want to keep coming back because when it is done right, it is good, but without fail something is always wrong. I also ordered a pizza and the crust was still raw on the inside and I had to cook it myself when I got home. The help needs to start paying more attention and caring about the quality.

Burgers did not come as advertised."Roasted peppers"came out of a cold jar, not roasted. cheese was not melted. Had to ask for the greens it's suppose to come with. Fries came out burnt. For the price definitely not worth it.
