Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went through the drive through on a Sunday evening; I just wanted a chocolate cone with sprinkles. Total childish order, I know, but that's what I wanted. The woman taking orders was so sweet, and she even gave me the cone for free because she was paying it forward. I've always had friendly and fast service at this Dairy Queen (not to mention great ice cream), but this was the clincher. Thank you for making my night.

Last week, I went thru the drive thru on the weekend afternoon. They were short staffed. The guy out front was the only person I saw. He was working his butt off. While I had to wait a few minutes, the food was hot and his attitude was friendly and positive. I will be going back.

The food is edible. I don’t blame these guys for the slow drive thru, but rather the complete lards ahead of me ordering what seemed like half the menu. My order was out very quickly while I sat behind several cars that took around 5 minutes each. Touch some grass for once guys

This location is so dirty flies everywhere, counted 5 on the register. Trash everywhere. Floors gross, counters not clean where food is prepared.

Food was good, fries cold, 2 4 piece chicken strip dinners. Took along time to get waited on & then had to sit & listen to religious music blaring. Not something I want to listen to while eating on a Wend night. Sorry but a DQ is not a church.

Understaffed and incompetent. Stood in line inside for 15 minutes inside waiting to order behind 3 people, couple people running the drive through and making blizzards nobody paid any mind to people standing in line saying it’d be a few minutes. Guy comes and takes half of someone’s order then goes back to making blizzards for 5 minutes before coming back to finish the order. MAKE DAIRY QUEEN GREAT AGAIN that place sucks

I'm glad I got it for free because if I would of paid for it I would be going back I got a large blizzard and no they did not do the flip but they only filled it up half way so either if I pay for a large them I except it to be filled up to the large or charge me for a medium if you are going to fill it up halfway or lower your prices if your employees are going to screw over customers like that and just take their money like that amd yes I will make sure from now before I live at this location I will make it is filled to my standard of what I paid for or we will have problems

Every time we have been at this place the employees have the worst attitude and when taking our orders they don’t sound friendly.They take forever to get the order out through the drive up or when coming inside. This place is definitely just got worse every time we have stopped here. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Pulled into the parking lot at 6:06 PM to get two chicken strip baskets and a blizzard and three pup cups. There was one car ahead of me. They told me to pull forward. I waited for 25 minutes before I went in the store my chicken strip baskets were sitting on the hot shelf by the time I pulled out of the parking lot it was 6:47 PM The pup cups had already melted all over my carpet 41 minutes to get a chicken strip basket never go to this place they definitely need to get new management. This place has gone downhill.

I DoorDash from here frequently and every time without fail they are severely understaffed and super slow.

I've stopped through the 10th and sycamore store a few times and each time has gotten worse. You'll be the only person in the drive thru and it will still take 25 minutes just for them to hand you a liquid blizzard. Went in to throw it away and get a refund to which they declined a card refund and it took a back and forth to even get cash back. Quite possibly one of the worst fast food/restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. Avoid at all costs and go literally anywhere else for better service and ice cream.
