Long time patron at this location. Blizzards were awesome here. Recently every blizzard our fam gets has just what we ordered on top and the bottom is just plain old ice cream. A mcflurry has more ingredients. Machine or staff is the issue? Don't care, spending my money elsewhere going forward.

Went in to order and eat, it wasn’t very busy just a few other people in there and waited 15 minutes for my food, it came out wrong and when looking at my receipt I noticed the girl put it in wrong I told her about it and they did nothing about it, they told me they would have ring me up a new meal and I’d have to pay AGAIN I was super furious and my bf seeing how mad I was did end up buying ANOTHER meal as the right thing I wanted this time and took another 15 minutes to get, I waited 30 minutes and paid double to even get what I wanted in the first place, the workers couldn’t care less about fixing their mistake or any type of customer service I’m not usually one to complain but there were alot of other smaller things I let fly too but that’s the sum of it, as we were sitting there for our first and second order we saw plenty of others come back up or come in from going through the drive through with messed up orders too hope they didn’t charge them for a new correct thing as they did to my bf and i, I’ve never seen a place with less accountability then the workers here!

worst DQ for dashers, they wait until a dsahers shows up then start prepping the order, such a waste of time

Just a DQ. Cool treats, hot eats. Stoned staff rarely make eye contact. I think all the males here were iPad kids and the girls are rather normal and sporty, but they don’t help with customer service… they spin out the product. The burgers and fries lowered the score. Ice cream is great.

I asked for 1 paddy they did 2

We started coming here because south Kiwanis ave DQ couldn't get a simple order right. But unfortunately we have run into the same problem here. Obviously I know teenagers need experience but ignoring the customers and screwing up orders is just ridiculous. It isn't hard to make a PLAIN flamethrower with the sauce on the side. Waited over 20 minutes for our food and it was still wrong. Guess the DQ on marion is where I will have to go until they screw up my order there.
