I was just at this location and waited for 15 minutes with another car waiting for them to take our order. They ended up taking 4 other car orders in the other lane when me and another car in front of me were sitting there forever. I ordered a milkshake and they didnt have the lid on right so it went all over my car.. I took a couple sips and just got a clump of burger while drinking it. Cost me $6 and I had to throw it away. I have never made a bad review in my life no matter how bad my food or customer service was, but this was too much. I don’t recommend going here.

What is up with this location and their service? I decided to try drive through today but ended up leaving. Wish I could say it was my first time this happened but it wasn’t. I do t know if it is issues with the notification system, the headsets, or just poor training. But the place was not busy so I dont know why I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and never did get to order. When I arrived there was a vehicle in lane one so I pulled up to the order spot in lane 2 . After lane one ordered I got a voice telling me someone would be with me in a moment. I timed it and at 7 minutes still nobody had take my order. A vehicle drove up to lane one. 3 minutes later I heard them ordering. Again nobody had take my order yet.By this time there was a car behind me and 2 cars in lane 1. I drove up to the service window to see if I could place my order. I was not addressed. When I finally was addressed I attempted to explain what was going on and was this told I couldn’t order. So I left. As I cane around the building I noted the same cars that were behind me in lane 2 were still sitting there . Something needs to change!

Ordered 2 blizzards. Was told to pull forward to wait. We waited 20 min and cars behind us were getting their blizzards before us. Never apologized for the delay

You guys really really suck at delivery orders. I'm paying extra for extra condiments and stuff you simply don't include. It's insane.

Good food. Need to say they're stingy on the parmesan garlic sauce on the sauced and tossed chicken strips. The last two times I ordered it, it looked like they barely drizzled it on the chicken strips. :( There was only one time, the first time I ever ordered it, it had a good amount of sauce.

By far the slowest and most disrespectful service i ever had. They tell me they are short handed, yet one kid is staring at his phone and 2 others just standing around doing nothing. I was in the drive thru 2cars in first lane one in front of me. One car in each lane eventually get order taking. I get told to wait . 4 cars came through in first lane and got their orders taken first. When finally got to window and voiced my opinion on drive thru service, the manager gives me a coupon and suggested I go somewhere else to use it.

This location gets 0 stars. The drive through is so slow that most customers leave before ever getting to place their order. When I walked inside to see if the drive through was broken, I was told the lobby was closed as they were trying to catch up on orders. They were serving two cars at the time. Unfortunately this is a frequent occurrence. If I am so lucky as to get someone to answer me in the drive through, I’m met with very subpar food or ice cream with little to no toppings. Very disappointing for a new location. We will not be visiting again.

The staff were so nice and I have to say this was the best dq food I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfect and the fries were actually salted. It did take 25 minutes to get through the drive thru but the location did seem busy. Overall very happy.

Jeez Louise. Why can’t this place get it together. Every time we go there it takes almost an hour to go through the drive thru. Tonight after waiting 20 minutes to order they were out of slushes, out of gravy, and weren’t sure if they had butterscotch. I said just forget it and drove off. It’s almost impossible to be a customer here and it seems as though that’s their goal.

First off, Isaiah has such a kind face and greeted me and took my order very kindly. Carter was mopping while the place looked beautiful, he also was very kind to customers. And lastly, Matt was in the back insuring that my blizzards were perfect and coming to me on time. I can tell they all cared about how I felt when I was having my order fulfilled. We need people like this in every store all over the world. Thank you for brightening my day so much more!!

Incredibly slow. Employee states they are understaffed and running on 2 people for the entire store. Had to acknowledge myself at drive through after 10 minutes. Would be helpful for staff to acknowledge right away and notify they will be with them when able. Cars driving away after ordering food. Sounds like similar issues based of reviews for months. Probably shouldn’t open another location with a double lane drive though if you cannot staff it.
