The girl at the window had her airpods in and kept asking me to repeat myself at least 5 times, they got all 3 of my drinks incorrect and didn't give us me my card back until I got the food at the third window

Good ice cream and food, once you finally get it. The restaurant is new and nice. Service is Terrible. You will wait forever for your ice cream. I got my Blizzard and the cup was torn and leaking. My daughter’s Blizard was 2/3 full. Bad deal at DQ.

I went through drive thru. Food taste great. But the chicken strips are 2-3 inches long not 5-6 inches long like they are In the picture or like they used to be . Also shorted me a dip, Bummer.

Very disappointed in my experience here. First didn’t get mine and my girlfriend’s order right. When i went in to fix the order the manager was rude and they just sprayed buffalo sauce in the box and didn’t toss them. One was full of sauce the other 3 had sprinkles of sauce on them

You may want to tell your employees it’s a bad look when they’re openly rolling blunts and getting high in the parking lot right before opening the place. I wouldn’t have noticed it but you could smell it from the Starbucks drive through. Yikes.

The food is always good and I love to come here after school but tell me why I’m sitting here waiting for over an hour for 2 medium blizzards. The service sucks and the workers are rude. Food is too good though👌

Chicken tenders are all tiny, more like big nuggets. Almost no fries in box, and toast is way over buttered. Queso is served fridge temp? And gravy side is half full. Service is non existing, just facilitating orders poorly, not serving.

I ordered chicken strip salad with no tomatoes and two plain cheeseburgers. When I got home ( Hartford) I had a salad that looked like it had been “mixed” usually cheese on top .. there were also a few leftover tomatoes they didn’t get out with their fingers . I also got two hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers. I looked for receipt. No receipt. Went back k to either get my money back or get right order, I didn’t eat the salad they picked through with their fingers. Carmen refused to do anything UNless I could tell her what time I came in “so she could figure out what was going on” she said. I just told her. Give that thing a raise!

April 30 2025.Lunch hour at the drive through.I'll know next time to be ready to spend about 2 hrs there on my hr long lunch break because they couldn't get my order right then I went in to get the rest of my order because I got tired of waiting outside and the person working the register was in the back screwing around looked over at me a few times and totally ignored me for like 10 mins.WTF
