I’ve come three separate times around 9:30-9:45 and they are closed already :(

Worst DQ in Sioux Falls, a simple order takes 20 minutes, I'm not sure what the problem is but something needs to change here.

Very very nice people very nice to me and my dog! Very good food!

Worst service I have had in a very long time. 25 minutes in the drive thru. Employees were all inside joking laughing. Then I received my food and it was cold? Idk how that works but I will never go to this location ever again. Management obviously needs an adjustment.

What a horrible establishment. I work my butt off just trying to survive and one of the worst things that could happen is greeting stuck with a door dash order from this location. Yes they wait at all dairy queens to prepare the frozen part, but here even though the order is paid for, they have it there, when a driver shows up who's living partially depends on waiting and delivering that order gets screwed when the store decides the guy who needs to make a living isn't as important as the whole drive through line,I don't even get treated as well as if I went through a long drive through and ordered something my self, no the guy who needs to pick up the order so he can deliver it and make some money to feed himself has to wait until they are done with everyone else, even the people who haven ordered before I can get my delivery and move on with my life. What a horrible establishment to screw up people making a living for themselves or trying to.

The girl at the window had her airpods in and kept asking me to repeat myself at least 5 times, they got all 3 of my drinks incorrect and didn't give us me my card back until I got the food at the third window

Good ice cream and food, once you finally get it. The restaurant is new and nice. Service is Terrible. You will wait forever for your ice cream. I got my Blizzard and the cup was torn and leaking. My daughter’s Blizard was 2/3 full. Bad deal at DQ.

I went through drive thru. Food taste great. But the chicken strips are 2-3 inches long not 5-6 inches long like they are In the picture or like they used to be . Also shorted me a dip, Bummer.
