Understaffed and my food was cold and my banana split was half melted before I even got it in my car so I won’t be going back at least not to that location

What is the deal with yall making us wait 5 minutes to order food not one person in the drive thru, and then have us pull up to park? Then waiting 10 mins for food and didn’t get my toast with my chicken strip meal. Maybe hire more people.

Very unprofessional, the person taking our order who looked to be a manger based on his shirt was rushing and cutting us off as we were ordering. I ordered a small blizzard, large blizzard, regular fry and large fries. Waited 5 minutes for the blizzards and then an extra 10-15 minutes for the fries and they came out barely even full. The entire time I was sitting in the line I saw at least 4 cars pull off in anger. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there unless you’re willing to waste your whole night for a whole lot of nothing.

This dairy queen takes no less than 20 minutes to go through the drive through. We waited 30 minutes today for 2 malts and an ice cream cone. I would not recommend.

Horrible drive thru times even with nobody ordering inside takes 8 minutes just to get my food mind you there was only 1 person in front of me and nobody inside

I’ve never had them make my blizzard correctly in over 10 times going there. Would not recommend one bit.

Wait time at 9pm: we waited by the drive up order speaker for 23 minutes before they took our order. Ordered 2 items (treats) took over 9 minutes to make a blizzard and peanut butter parfait. The staff did not communicate with each other. Disappointed 😞

Went in last night for free cone day. Was quite hectic but Dylan and Emmanuel were absolutely great and very helpful in trying to help the chaos out. Food and ice cream was great.

Got to sandwich wrong twice and they seemed to get upset when they had to repeat order. Yet, they were the ones who couldn't follow a simple order.

The manager was busy yet was able to inform us of a longer wait. When she was able to take care of us they were very good. They did a great job.

Best flame thrower I've ever had to date at any DQ ever! Staff was kick ass, quick, complimentary, and professional! You could really see their team work! Thank you for an amazing end to our night!
