Dave & Buster's Sioux Falls

I felt like I was eating a fried brick, but it was suppose to be a piece of chicken. This was my family's first experience, and it was kind of a dud. I felt like an idiot and paid gratuity on the cards that were added on to the food bill. Our server was kind. However, if my family wants to do something like this again- we will stick with Pizza Ranch.

Food was average at best, stick with a burger. Service was ok, she kept saying how tired she was and that's ok, but you don't need to say it every time you stop to say hello. The desert was good.

Wife and the daughter were stuck in the bathroom without TP for half an hour. Nobody was concerned about refilling them.

I liked it, If the food service was better and the staff was more attentive to the customer instead of their phones. Or bsing with the cooks , this could be a good place.

Waiter stopped at table said he'd be right back after we waited 25 min then he didn't return helped a table next to us that was seated 5 min before he served them drinks, ribeye steak was bland and her fish wasn't cooked correctly

Great waitress. Food is delicious. Drinks were spot on. But it is noisy. That should be expected at an arcade.

Food is decent but over priced. They are also seriously understaffed. However, it still tends to always be a fun time :)

Overall, I was really impressed. However, there were servers on their phones, and while it was a slow day, I hope they do it somewhere private.

The food I got wasn't bad it wasn't the best. I, of course, can only refer to the food that I ate.

Did a great job accommodating our large group of 30+ kids and adults, especially because it was a Saturday evening around 630pm. Would definitely return

Our server Dustin R was horrible if he's manager that place will never make it .We orders appetizers and kids meal together so she could play got appetizers no kid meal drinks were not refilled only my beer .Told him to refill daughters blue kiddie drink and he says that not free refills we don't care .Git out meal all the specifications we said like no sauce no tomatoes etc were ignored and daughter still doenst have her meal which is buffalo wings so brought that to his attention again so he goes grab off expo line bk been sitting there cold cold whole time no new ones made or taken off bill Dustin is arrogant ahole we spent over $300 there

Will never eat at the Sioux falls location again. Took forever to get waited on and get food. Had to clear our own appetizer plates to make room for food ordered
