Wife and the daughter were stuck in the bathroom without TP for half an hour. Nobody was concerned about refilling them.

I liked it, If the food service was better and the staff was more attentive to the customer instead of their phones. Or bsing with the cooks , this could be a good place.

Overall, I was really impressed. However, there were servers on their phones, and while it was a slow day, I hope they do it somewhere private.

The food I got wasn't bad it wasn't the best. I, of course, can only refer to the food that I ate.

Will never eat at the Sioux falls location again. Took forever to get waited on and get food. Had to clear our own appetizer plates to make room for food ordered

Everything was great!
Except their was NO hand sanitizer in any of the autmachines...nor was the bathroim sinks functioning to wash my hands.
Please fill sanitizer stations. Especially, when a customer tells staff their empty.

Food was amazing...service not so much. The server was to friendly with certain tables and kinda forgot about others. She was very nice though. Not really adult oriented..more for kidz

The lady by the prize area was bossy and rude, the whole experience was more expensive than necessary. Just absolutely stupid that you’d end up paying about $130 to have a good time and end up with a mediocre time and treated by staff like they don’t want you there. Would not recommend going here.

I had the ribs..they was over cooked & a bit dry, but still good enough. Fries was ok. They give you about a tablespoons worth of bbq sauce for the ribs in a tiny cup...total joke!!
The service was below par. Never refilled my drink, checked on us like once. The place was not busy at all.

The sound accustics are horrible!!! Not a place to visit with friends or family.

I looked at maybe playing the coinpushers...then I noticed they charge a $3 "activation" fee on their game cards...so the heck with that...bad enough you have to spend hundreds to get a $5 chinese made 10 cent toy...I won't pay an activation fee...total rip off!!
I'm pretty sure I won't be going back!!

Usually we have good service but tonight was awful. The waitress was on her phone and we needed refills. There was hair in my food. Absolutely awful. Won’t be back to eat again.
