Our waitress seemed less than happy about being at work. We were told one of our entrees was taken by another table/waitress and had to be re-ordered. It took so long that we just got it to go. The waitress dropped the bag on our table with a little attitude though we were very cordial and unconcerned about the meal being non-exists t for our whole meal. That person just shared with everyone else. The ambience was cool, the food was good. There were several open tables and if we didn't have a reservation, which we did, there would have been a 30 min wait for a table? Assuming they are short staffed and can't be too picky on who they hire. Unfortunately the gal who waited on us should have been weeded out of the hiring process!

Thomas has the best customer service I've ever encountered with Dave and busters on the game floor. (Not sure his job title) Food took a little while but it was delicious, worth the wait. I like how well the machines are taken care of. I've noticed people going around cleaning them which was nice and comforting! Winner circle has prize options for everyone! Definitely enjoy going!

The food experience was horrible. Paper things chicken patties. Chicken strips are literal strips Mayne half an inch thick and two inches long. Only thing good at our table was the fish and chips. Server wasn't any better. He was too bust flirting to do his job. And took it upon himself to do the tipping. I'll never eat here again. But since I still have tickets remaining will be back for gaming.
I didn't really want to eat here, but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! We ordered pretzel sticks with queso and caramel jalapeño sauce for appetizer, which were delicious! We ordered chicken bbq flatbread for dinner and it was very good! Our server was great and attentive. The noise level was very high, but that's to be expected! The seating is comfortable and loved all the big screen TV's. Our grandsons had a blast!

We had the Hawaiian Chicken sandwich and it was absolutely amazing, better than your regular bar food. Went for happy hour and it was worth it. Games were fun and servers were good but a little slow once half the restaurant was full. Had to ask for our tab after waiting for a while but other than that lovely experience.

Food was OK but spendy...had we known drinks were so expensive we would have drank water ...hubby had the chicken parm and it was borderline cool when they finally brought our food ..what you spend on game cards isnt worth it ...it usually takes 1000+ tiks to even get anything worthwhile in the shop. If we go again it would be to play ONLY...we can eat cheaper somewhere else
