Krispy Kreme, take a long walk off a short pier. Dunkin' Donuts, alas you no longer hold top-dog status. For a consistently perfect donut every time, Daylight Donuts is where it's at. A small mom and pop operation means you'd better get there first thing in the morning if you want any kind of selection. They create their pastries with hands like the angels. They treat each customer as family and will do what they can to fill your order. They're happy to take call-ahead orders, plus that way you know that no matter how busy it gets, when you saunter in craving those impossibly light, melt in your mouth donuts, you won't be one of those poor unfortunate souls hearing, "I'm sorry but we're all out of that." ?

Worst I have ever had. They were grease logged - maybe a day old. Minimal selection in a very questionable part of town. Server was friendly and prices were cheap but not good!

I have never had a doughnut here. Stopped by at 7 am today. Door was locked, no doughnuts in the case, and an employee just waved at me. Hours say open at 6 am.

I would love to have a Daylight Donuts donut. However, the sign says they open at 6 am. Here we are at 7:15, doors locked and looks to have zero donuts in the case

Have been going here since I was a young lad with my dad on weekends. This was also my dad's go to spot for breakfast for years in the 70s/80s. Amazing selection of fresh donuts that are full of flavor. Probably have never had a better donut anywhere else. Will be back. Superior.

Although the donut was fresh and yummy the coffee was so-so. The lid didn't fit the cup at all and ended up spilling on my clothes.
