All around a great atmosphere a family of five came in and sat next to me and they were laughing too with the staff, it is a definitely a family atmosphere and they show why they are America's diner. Got the steak, It was cooked perfectly, could not expect anything better, and for the price it takes down steakhouses, because Dennys should be known as a steakhouse the way they cook these steaks.

You know usually you have a bad story that happens when it's cold outside or bad weather but when I came to this Denny's it was nothing but a blessing, Denny's in Sioux falls definitely hit the spot, Josh the GM was around even though he was injured he was coming around with smiles he was coming around with laughter took care of us and tables around us, he was supporting his staff, he communicated well with them and the servers were amazing Cassandra and Kayla both did an amazing job, you could definitely see the difference from a year ago from this place. We only come to Sioux falls once a year and like I said we'll definitely be coming back we gave it a chance because of the reviews that had been posted recently and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing, the tables were clean the floor was clean, and we come to expect that we want good service and we got it.We Even got asked if we wanted dessert and we did, they signed us up for the rewards and we got us a free dessert which was awesome. Definitely definitely a win for Sioux falls, Denny's you have a diamond in the rough in this store. Whatever you guys did to get Josh to come here, I would definitely say keep it up because of staff he has turned this store around with, is amazing. I also want to say kudos to the cooks, you definitely have some good cooks because the food came out perfect.

To say the least, I was traveling through during the winter storm and had to stop at the flying j, there was a Denny's there their food looked a lot better than what was at the flying j so we decided to give it a try, it looked like You would expect with bad weather, we found great comfort and great service, Kayla was our server, and she had a few tables but yet she gave every single one of them the best service out there. She was there she greeted her customers she took care of them didn't even have to ask for refills because she gave them to us. The manager Josh was in a sling, but still provided some of the best customer service we've ever seen, laughing and joking with tables, made us feel at ease, the food came out amazing we couldn't ask for anything better. This is definitely a spot to come back to. And I will say this every Denny's I've been to has been out of apple crisps until we came to Sioux falls and they had it and they were able to get us the apple crisp that we wanted to try before it was gone. We cannot believe how good this Denny's is. They were amazing, and we will definitely be back when we're in Sioux falls. Kudos to Josh and his staff.

First of all I really enjoy great customer service. The manger josh really takes care of his crew of employees.never seen a manger like josh get out on the floor and work so diligently side by side with his crew especially when it gets to be a crowd of hungry people. Employees will always look up to a manager who stands by them by getting out on the floor and showing them step by step how it's to be done. They all work in unison together I've watched him work and when one waitress falls behind another will help immediately so they all stay in tuned and no one gets bad service. It's wonderful to watch him work here because they do it like a family. They come to check up on you during your meal in a timely manner to make sure that your drinks are filled and everything is going okay. All the waitresses have extraordinary customer service. For example Kayla tiesler seated me and my twin baby girls and asked if they would like to have booster seats my baby's and I said yes.
