Domino's Pizza in Sioux Falls

“Today, my grandsons and I went to Dominoes on the 1100 block on South Minnesota to pick up our takeout order. I had a question about the total amount. It had $5.99 for med. 2-topping pizzas. I was very disturbed by the immature girl manager”s horrible, hateful, and unprofessional service and response to my question. She was shaking like she was irritated by my question about the total amount. When I asked her name, she angrily replied I don’t have to give you my name! I said I don’t have to do my business here either! My grandson who has SPECIAL NEEDS WENT TO GRAB THE PIZZAS BECAUSE HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT JUST HAPPENED WITH THE GIRL, HAD THEM RIPPED OUT OF HIS HANDS LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO STEAL THE PIZZA. SMDH We WAS great customers at Dominos, but NEVER, WILL WE GO BACK! I know top management DOES NOTHING ABOUT COMPLAINTS OR CONCERNS SO“

“I ordered on the Domino's app It was so simple. It even prompted me to use a coupon for my order, which I did. I was greeted with a smile, and was asked if I had a carryout order. The employ it to counter which I later found out was the general manager, double checked my order, showed it to me and asked if I was satisfied.which I was. I use the coupon on the Domino's app but to top it off, he looked through the coupons to see if there is any other discounts or specials that I could get with my order. Five stars all day long! Great job guys!“

“I was able to use my Pie Pass to push the other customers (peasants) out of the way. In all seriousness though, this locations is the best. Fast, and the employees are fantastic. Stellar pizza, absolutely delicious. I accidentally bit my own hand when eating it.“

“I stopped and ordered a pizza for lunch on this day. I've had a lot of service issues with Domino's in the past when I have ordered delivery pizza so this time I decided to go in and eliminate some of the issues I've had in the past.I got the spinach and feta pizza on gluten free crust. I wasn't sure how it would be. Man! It was perfect! The flavors were awesome. I shared with my son in law and we both loved it. Bonus: the cook told me he used a new pizza paddle and a fresh blade and cutting board so there would be less risk of contamination.I have severe gluten allergies so this extreme care was super appreciated. I have not experienced this same level of service when I've ordered delivery so from now on.....ill just go in and wait for my order. It was worth it. The service was great and above my expectations. The pizza was so good that this will be a regular choice now.Way to go Domino's. I was almost a lost customer due to my previous bad experiences, but this one redeemed you. Keep it up :)

Vegetarian options: It's pretty easy to work in the veg options. They have a pacific veggie pizza that's good and a lot of topping choices. I've even gotten cheeseless pizza in the past when I was limiting my dairy exposure due to food allergies.

Dietary restrictions: I have more difficulty with my celiacs disease, but Domino's crust is good and I've never had a reaction. This particular day, the cook was awesome and took really good care of me. It's always appreciated by me because I have food allergies that are pretty severe. Gluten free isn't a lifestyle choice for me - it's a medical condition so his awareness was Fantastic!“
