OK, perhaps Black Friday is not a good day to rate a coffee shop. However, they weren’t that busy, the procedure for producing coffee drinks broke down, and things just got too chaotic for me. After a 20 minute wait for coffee I gave up and asked for my money back. On the positive side they did try to tell me my coffees were almost ready, however, I had lost patience and just got the refund. Might be a good place, I can’t vouch for it.

Bit snooty in there with the clientele for me, but the drinks are amazing. Been a couple times and just zip in and out, avoid the people.

Great staff
Very yuppie atmosphere but quiet and enjoyed it. Muffins were big and filling ..coffee was delicious
I've been coming here for years now and it's my favorite spot to read, study, or just relax. The whole staff is prompt and friendly and the coffees are great. The atmosphere is chill and they have couches and armchairs you can really sink into.
I look forward to their seasonal menus every year and the limited roasts (gold label) are always worth it.
Bad management
If you're looking for medium or dark roast beans in Sioux Falls, this is the place. The quality is great, and the tasting notes accurate. Staff are consistently friendly... and that's been true over the years.
I appreciate the selection of local goods, including crafts and books. The atmosphere is inviting, the coffee is strong, the Wi-Fi is free, and the bacon grilled cheese is a standout.

There was no greeting from staff, which was disappointing. The service when they engaged with me was fine. I ordered a chocolate muffin, which was hard on the outside, softer on the inside. It was beautiful but disappointing.
Used the drive-through. My order was correct. Cute fall sticker on the cup was a nice touch.

Went back a while later guess what. Cups still leak. No one cares. Enjoy your $6 4 oz coffee you cant drink without getting it all over yourself idiot.
