They have cheap prices and delicious cookies! The aroma from the moment you walk in is wonderful! Friendly staff and they were able to fulfill a large order in a short time.

We have done two fundraisers now with Eileen's and they have been nothing short of AMAZING to work with! Today the sweet employee even helped us cart out our almost 600 tubs of cookie dough in the rain! Great customer service interaction, great fundraiser, and the yummiest cookies!!! i just ordered cookies just a few minutes ago and the lady who helped me on the phone was so sweet and she made the ordering process really smooth

Called on the 7th hoping to get a simple cookie cake by the 11th but they would not help me. said the best they could do would be the 17th to the 20th. Over 10-14 days our for a simple order. Yea good luck cause it wont be me coming back to order

Let me tell you! I grew up eating my dad's infamous cookies, and one of my favorites has always been his Snickerdoodles. He lives 3 hours from Sioux Falls and mails them to me during the holidays, and they somehow stay fresh for almost 3 weeks with no bread needed.
What I'm getting at, is their Snickerdoodle cookie takes me back home down to the freshness and flavor it delivers, and for $5.90 after tax for 2 4 inch cookies, the price is right there with the flavor.

Two days before I order cookies I called and got prices of $3 per cookie, so one day later I order 2 dozen four inch decorated cookies over the phone. The price stated over the phone to me was $3 each. The store called back a few minutes later and told me the price she stated to me was the wrong and the price was $1 more per cookie. I agreed to the price cause I was done dealing with ordering cookies. When I went in to pick up the cookies the menu sign hanging right next to the cash register said 4 inch decorated cookies were $3 each, I told the the lady what I got charged and then showed her that the menu sign says $3 a piece. The lady helping me went to the register and came back and said the price is wrong on the menu sign. How can your menu sign say one thing and then charge more? Had I not already paid for them weeks ago and not having any other options for a Christmas gift, I took the cookies and left. So the moral of the story is don’t believe the prices on the menu. I will not the going back!
