Met family at Fazoli's right after Christmas. They gave us a private room without us having to reserve it. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Can't say enough about the service! Food was excellent and quickly served.

I love Fazoli's, but unfortunately I don't think I can eat here anymore. I usually go once a week or 2 for some yummy pasta and bread sticks. Yesterday I ordered my food at around 2pm, and it tastes just a little funny, but I figured it was just because I ordered something different. Well, unfortunately, I should have trusted my gut because waking up at 11pm with a awful case of food poisoning was not fun. I hadn't eaten anything else yesterday, so I know I picked it up from here. Sad, but it is what it is. I doubt I'll be coming again anytime soon.
