Good beer and friendly helpful staff

At the Brewery- went for the RAD pizza night. First beers were room temperature. Thought maybe it was just us so ordered another round, still not cold. Brought it to the attention of the staff, they didn't seem interested. Ended up buying a 4 pack cans from the cooler which they offered to keep cold for us. Pizza was amazing! Not really worth the trip up there if the beer isn't cold. Love the space but will just stick with the downtown location.

Went in for a couple beers while staying at the KOA across the street. The beer was so good that we bought some 4 packs for our trip. We had the Shy Giant IPA. Sadly, we live in PA and can’t get the beer here. Nice space, nice people..if we’re ever in Sioux Falls again we will most certainly stop in!!

Owners are sketchy and will do anything to get more money in their pockets, regardless of morals.

Don't go to this location it's for private events only. Ended up driving 15 minutes there to be rudely told to go downtown.

What happened? Their beer used to be so good, but for the last six months plus it's gotten more metallic flavor like pennies, coffee grounds, and ash. Big sad.

UPDATE: Give it another chance during the game and was much better. Great!

I ordered a burger and a beer on 8/14 at 8pm.
The woman who waited on me left the bar after serving me my food.
I pre-paid my tab and left a 25% tip.
There were still 3 guys behind the bar “working”and one was fervently eating while standing behind the bar. I was the only person at the bar at the time and I tried to get their attention.
I had no silverware to eat my food. Finally, the woman came back to the bar and I got her attention. I asked for silverware and I let her know, there are 3 bartenders, one eating and no one would come by, I could not get their attention.
Without hesitation, her response, “You can go somewhere else if you are not having a good time”
I said, you know what? You are right, I think I will.
I did not take one bite and just 2 sips of my beer.
I own a taproom and order Fernson beer on a regular basis. This experience sadly, changes by perception on Fernson 100%. It’s unlikely I will order from Fernson again.

Arrived at 6pm on Saturday July 23rd at 6pm. Google said it was open but it wasn't. ?Update July 24, 2023Derek from Fernson Brewing emailed me to explain that the brewery is now located downtown Sioux Falls. Thanks Derek ??

Fantastic brewery. Great selection of amazing brews. Loved the variety and the food was fantastic. Definitely a brewery to check out.

great burgers and well priced!! super friendly staff who were also very knowledgeable about their brews. this is our new favorite burger spot!!

Would not recommend, lack of customer service.
