We haven't been to a firehouse subs in over a year and this reminds me why. We showed up to order our food and weren't greeted for 15 minutes of standing in front of the register. We ordered and then spent another 20+ minutes waiting for our order. We asked for the dessert for the kids meal and workers responded with short and snippy attitude. Definitely will not be going back.

Called ahead to request my order to not have a bun because that wasnt an option on Uber eats. They said they would write it down and steve kept rushing me off the phone while I was trying to confirm the details of my order. Go to get my order and sure enough, its wrong. I have a severe bread allergy so it had to be remade and the staff was annoyed. Asked for extra veggies and extra dressing, didnt get either. Paid the extra charge for sautéed mushrooms and got 4 slices of mushrooms. The actual bowl itself only has like 4 slices of meat in it, total ripoff. I think after I had to get it remade the staff just wanted me out the door and gave me low quality. I didnt even want to go in a third time for it to be right. Made this same order to the firehouse on arrowhead and had no issues! Won't be going to this location again.

Pretty disappointed in this location. Ordered a pickup order, had the order confirmed both in the app and a confirmation number. Went into the store and was told that they didn’t have the order in their system and there was nothing they could do. I showed Mitchell both the order in the app, and, that we were charged for it in my banking app and all he said was “there’s nothing we can do.” I then asked if they could make the order if we gave them our phone so they could see it and he said no. He “refunded” the order but we have yet to see it in our account.

Both food orders were made wrong, asked for no tomato on my order and it came with two big slices right on the bottom. Soup was lukewarm and the beef and cheddar brisket meat was overcooked and very tough. Gentleman that took my order cut me off twice which is probably why I got tomatoes when I asked for none.

This place is always clean. i have yet to see it, not the food is good, but when ordering it online to pick up, they leave your food where anyone can take it. I am not a fan of this...

Went specifically because they advertised a gluten free bun. Multiple signs inside for it. Get to order and they said we don't have a gluten free bun anymore. Not sure if that meant if they were just out or if it's not there anymore. Had to get a salad. It was just ok. It would be nice if they put a sign up saying they were out of gf buns or at least take down the signs if they aren't offering it anymore.
