This place is always clean. i have yet to see it, not the food is good, but when ordering it online to pick up, they leave your food where anyone can take it. I am not a fan of this...

Went specifically because they advertised a gluten free bun. Multiple signs inside for it. Get to order and they said we don't have a gluten free bun anymore. Not sure if that meant if they were just out or if it's not there anymore. Had to get a salad. It was just ok. It would be nice if they put a sign up saying they were out of gf buns or at least take down the signs if they aren't offering it anymore.

Disappointed they didn’t make the sandwich right. Ordered the bbq cheddar brisket sandwich and they didn’t put bbq sauce on it 🤦🏽‍♀️ poor attitudes. Don’t recommend.

Very busy Sunday evening, although the staff was clear, concise about wait time due to back up, great attitudes too!

One of the employees had an open wound on his elbow and didn’t have it covered up. Im guessing that’s against health code. Just thought the owner should know I would want to know

Came in and the store didn’t appear to be busy. Second time coming here.…Im from the other side of the safe and the first time the food and service was amazing! Tonight when I came in There were 3 employees working one at the register and 2 making sandwiches (assuming). There was one group in front on me ordering (3 sandwiches). The employee at the register claimed they had been busy that day but moved like he had molasses for shoes. When I ordered I told him twice I did not want mayo on the sandwich.

It took 20ish minutes to get my sandwich, I watched people receive theirs who arrived after me. When I got back to my vehicle and was on the road, I wasn’t driving, I bit into the sandwich and received a mouthful of mayonnaise.

To say I was disappointed in the service is one thing but to get a mouthful of mayo when I asked for none is unreasonable. Stopping at firehouse was a highlight of my trip to Sioux Falls and it ended in disappointment.
