Firehouse Subs Foss Crossing

Waited in line tonight for 20 minutes (6:40-7:00pm) for a basic menu sub as one employee worked and the other two fumbled around & talked to the one actually working. I finally asked how much longer it would be. They looked at me shocked then threw the meat & cheese together and put it in the steamer and said it will be a few more minutes. I stood there for 20 minutes & they hadn't even started it. I WALKED OUT on an $18 Large Brisket & Cheddar sub. I'll never go back!

Bread and meat were fresh and fantastic.
Jalapeños were only on half the sub, however. Also, way too much lettuce. Overall, I'd get it again with less lettuce.
Miss Vickie's Sea Salt chips were lacking salt. Very oily and bland. The crunch was good, however.

Our family loves Firehouse, either for picking up a call ahead order on the app or to relax and eat in. It's the best chain sub place around, and the people are always so nice.

I ordered some sandwiches for take out. I ordered a French dip but there was no au jus, so I called to speak to someone about it and the first person hung up on me. I called back to speak to someone else and he was very helpful. He said they would remake the sandwich and make sure the au jus was included. I drove there to pick it up and they just gave me the au jus so I brought up that I was told I’d be getting my sandwich remade. She made it very sloppily and by the time I got home the sandwich was cold as if it wasn’t even heated up in the first place and there was barely any au jus. I understand mistakes can happen but this service was unacceptable. Recommend implementing further training in customer service.

I came to Firehouse because I was craving a good sandwich, and I knew they had those. Normally, I get the meatball sub. After talking with the awesome girls behind the counter (Jacque and rebekka) they suggested the pizza meat ball. I thought to myself. What the heck, let's try it, I always get the meat ball. Easily for the last 25 or 30 times I've been here. Now I have a new sandwich, the pizza meatball. Take an already fantastic sandwich. But now it's got peperoni and garlic bread and it becomes amazing. it has so much cheese that the cheese pull when I took a bite was brilliant. Those people who i now consider to be friends have changed my life. I am forever grateful for that delectable delight known as the pizza meat ball. I'm hoping that it gets the love it deserves.

Good stuff! Hadn't been to this location yet. Placed a mobile order in their parking lot (gotta get those rewards! lol), went in a few minutes later and she said she was just finishing up. Fresh sandwich and they even put napkins in the bag! ;-)

I have been to this store numerous times. I started to ask them to go easy on the Vinigar and oil because they use so much that the Bread is so soggy. Stopped there yesterday and asked the same when ordering. When I got home with my sandwich it was almost unedable. Do yourself a favor Jersey Mike's is just down the street

The staff clear has no concept of food safety. You can’t touch everything in sight wearing gloves then use the same gloves to prepare food. It’s not rocket science.

Check your food before you leave. My hook and ladder salad had no meat. Very disappointing when you get home and ready to eat
