Used to come here all the time when I worked in the mall, is very yummy. Well did an online order today that was for x2 fried gyoza x2 spicy tuna and a dragon roll. Husband went to pick up for me. Came back with just one thing that was a spicy salmon?? So I said well this absolutely isn’t it my order came up to 50$ so I called. They didn’t understand what I was saying and said I have the wrong place, like NO I have my online order receipt I KNOW who I ordered from. Finally after explaining over and over the person on the phone says oh he has the spicy salmon. “ like okay so is MY order still there?? They said yes so I sent my husband back with my email receipt. Well now I’m told they didn’t even refund the 6$ we did for the WRONG order????? Like that isn’t my food I shouldn’t have had to pay for that AND we brought it back. I’m so disappointed and angry. I will never be back. Get someone who can speak better English, write your order on the bag whatever. This was a whole ordeal that could have been proven and even handled better.

It was a nice surprise to find good sushi at a shopping mall. Price was reasonable. Food was fresh and they make it right in front of you. I got the 2 roll special that came with a fountain drink for around $12 or $13. I chose the California Roll and Fried Shrimp Roll. Definitely one of the tastier places to eat at the Empire Mall.

My friends and I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll and it was soooo good bro- so good that we ordered another one😭 The service was fast and the worker there was really nice! Def gonna get more food from here next time

The last time I was here, last week, the cashier was very nice and friendly. We went today and the cashier was hard to understand at times and seemed a little bored, but we still got what we asked for so no problem. The food is very very good and my favorites are the rainbow roll and the tuna roll. My only suggestion would be to make a "tuna lover" to go along with the "salmon lover" and the "salmon and tuna lover"
Vegetarian options: I see quite a few plant based items on the menu, have not tried though.
Kid-friendliness: It's food, no age restrictions on food.

I ordered the sashimi salad with the sweet potato tempura appetizer and taro Boba tea. The dressing on the salad was too salty so I would ask for that on the side or swap out the dressing next time. The staff were very kind and professional, can't wait to come back here again!

I used to enjoy the fact that you could get quality sushi at a foodcourt. Lately, I cannot say the same- dried up, old ingredients are used and USE CAUTION when paying- you will get overcharged for nothing.... super disappointed that I can no longer enjoy quality sushi at the mall.

Best Sushi I've had in a long time. The flavors are absolutely amazing and hard to find places like this in the Midwest. Red snapper tempura is a salad I could eat the rest of my life and feel fully satisfied. I eat there any chance I get with the convenience of the front of the mall. In and out in no time and best food for take-out!

We ordered two Chicken Katsu meals and and a Steak Teriyaki meal and this is how it was delivered? No Teriyaki our Katsu and just dry meat . Absolutely Terrible .It came with no dipping sauces our anything. What a waste of

Hard to beat their rolls. I used to work at the Empire mall and would regularly get sushi and miso for lunch during work. I stopped recently and both were as good as I remember. I was so happy to see it still there with the same owners. The food is great and so is the service.
