Went through the drive thru, was extremely busy, which I didn't mind.. but my sandwiches were extremely cold. And no filling in my omelet biscuits. Hashrounds were colddd.. please do better for the expensive prices

Knocked off an extra star just because it was a little rundown, and it felt a little awkward. Very friendly staff though. Would definitely recommend going here again. The food was awesome. Hardee's / Carl's Jr always delivers.
Parking: A medium sized parking lot. Also, practically inside of the Hy-Vee parking lot, so you have access to both Hardee's as well as ample parking for your parking needs! No complaints here.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Kids get treated better than the adults here lol.
Wheelchair accessibility: Typical amenities for a fast food restaurant. Handicapped parking spaces, wheelchair accessible ramps going up to the doors, the usual stuff.

Very poor customer service... went through drive thru, at the end as we started to drive away the girl went over the intercom and said oh my gosh. When confronted bout it she didn't care, she said just because. When I asked to speak to a manager she rolled her eyes. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't work there.

Girl at the window was nice. Guy who took the order was a bit rude and lacked social skills. Single meal, burger, fries and a drink. Food was OK, but messed up the drink. No one else there parking lot empty, just felt desolate.

Let me get the one bad thing out. My wife eats egg and cheese croissant but they charge me for a ham egg and cheese croissant And then keep the ham and they say it's because they don't have a button for an egg and cheese croissant. The rest is pretty good. They have my good greasy top sausage biscuits that I love and usually fairly decent service. But if I don't ask for that ham on the side they charged me for it and keep it!
