Oh it is too embarrassing- because my keys were in my purse the whole time! 😳 There was laughter WITH me at the time!😊 I felt so foolish but the manager took me seriously, helped me, and even reassured me after it all! Everyone who works at this location is so nice, the service is exceptional it's almost like they enjoy what they do and want you to also enjoy their food. It's so refreshing to see. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Knocked off an extra star just because it was a little rundown, and it felt a little awkward. Very friendly staff though. Would definitely recommend going here again. The food was awesome. Hardee's / Carl's Jr always delivers.

Parking: A medium sized parking lot. Also, practically inside of the Hy-Vee parking lot, so you have access to both Hardee's as well as ample parking for your parking needs! No complaints here.
