Food was unique. Well prepared and presented. Wonderful wine pairing. The short rib was odd. Least favorite course. Prices are astronomical. Don't know if they are sustainable in Sioux Falls.

Another amazing experience at Harvester Kitchen! Every bite is a mouthful of delicious flavors expertly crafted by the chef. I highly recommend this fine dining restaurant in Sioux Falls.

It was a fantastic dinner to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Three hours went by before you knew it as the various courses came out. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable.

Our party of six were only able to do the five-course meal because we were tight on time for a concert. I wish we had time for the ten-course meal. Every bite was amazing. The wine cellar and Sommelier were world class. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing our meal was. Our server was outstanding I would never dream of visiting Sioux Falls without eating at Harverster Kitchen. Phil & Valerie Yost.

The 5 course Chef's Menu was perfect! Our favorites were the Prawn, Veal Cheeks and (add-on) Wagyu. The staff were attentive, patient and knowledgeable. We look forward to visiting them in their new location over the holidays!

Elegance, sophistication and oasis for food that not only tastes incredible, but is presented in beautiful visual artistry, in addition to nourishing the soul. Absolutely nothing like this experience in South Dakota.

This is by far the best restaurant in Sioux Falls. The ambience is serene and the tables are well spaced. The servers give you space and have a friendly attitude, and they deliver the food and drink with skill and in a timely way. The food continues to be creative and delicious, and while the meals are not cheap, when you compare them with what it would cost to eat in an equivalent restaurant in NY, Chicago or San Francisco they actually represent a value. We got the wine pairings, which enhanced each course. Our friends came over from Rochester, MN to join us and they raved about the restaurant, saying that they have no equivalent place in Rochester. Keep up the great work Chef Bryan!

We were in Sioux Falls for just two nights and lucked out with this place. Loved our dinner and wine pairing. The food was plated and prepared perfectly. Everyone was so friendly. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

I only get to town once a year and HK is always on my itinerary! I have always had a fantastic experience. While ai didn't lick my plate, I was both attempted to and encouraged to by my wait staff. Not only is the food exceptional, service is amazing! (I don't love beets, if my mom had serviced them the way I had them last night, she never would have had a problem with me.)

If you look at a shoe glued to a wall and ponder the meaning of the art this place is for you.

This was simply an amazing experience. We had no clue what to expect and the staff made sure it was the best. 7 courses and each one was better than the one before it. We even got to meet the chef owner and let him know how much we enjoyed the experience.

Enjoyed the summer tasting menu and it was really outstanding. Harvester is our "Michelin-worthy" gem in Sioux Falls. Although this place is constantly updating the menu and changing with the seasons, the quality and consistency is always spot-on and truly wonderful. The tasting menu was five courses which was just right for my wife and me. Each course was inventive, delicious and beautifully presented. Can't pick a favorite because they were all so good. If you have not been here yet; GO! You well not have a better dining experience anyway in Sioux Falls.

There is never an ounce of "filler" in this dining experience; no garnishes to cover what's missing or make your portion seem larger. There is a focused creativity to every dish, and throughout the courses there is usually at least one moment of true revelation - whether through preparation, flavor composition, presentation, or culinary technique. Chef offers selections that are exquisite without feeling pompous or precious. There is no overwhelm, just a reminder to slow down and savor. This month's revelation: the heirloom tomatoes with marigold ice cream. And no idea how, but Chef makes truffled scallop ravioli taste like comfort food. Never dine here without feeling like I'm both home and far away at the same time.

No one puts flavors together like Chef Bryan. Scallops, Turbot and vegetables of the season made a delicious tasting menu. Ashley's wine pairings were a great taste match
