Valentine's dinner. This was a beautiful done 6 course meal. The staff were super great and attentive. Every couse was so delicious to the point that I wanted to lick the plate, but did not want to look like a Neanderthal. I was full by the end of the meal, even after sharing some with my husband.

The presentation ,food, and wine pairing is outstanding!!!!! A true visual and mouthwatering experience. So fun! The employees seem less then interested or excited to be serving the incredible dishes. Just low energy. The furnishings are lovely. Its the LED lighting even though set low is just not good and makes for bad pictures. The other problem is we seem to get the table facing the kitchen every time which is lit up like an operating room. The bathrooms are clean and smell great with the candles. We go for the experience, the fabulous food and an education on the wines. Sioux Falls is very lucky to have this caliber of a dinning experience in our small town, Thank you Chief Bruce!!! We did the feast of the valentines experience for our Valentine's Day date and our first anniversary combined. Arrived a little early and was sat immediately. Servers came by to greet us and take our drink order, then shortly after brought us champagne for an anniversary toast along with congratulating us. A short time later was time for the first of our meal experience. The food came out fresh and very detailed placing. Each item was something we haven't tried before and was delicious. After all the courses was desert, that was delicious as well and very thoughtfully made. When the check was brought over we received a couple of macarons and a balloon tied to a box of treats for later. As we left to grab our coats we were greeted by them again and gave us hot cider to go and some sea salt caramels! This was a great experience and the food and service was top notch!

The food was delicious. The servers were the best! They were interested in our thoughts and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. We visited for my birthday, and they did not hesitate to provide candles and balloons and an extra dessert. My favorite food was the French toast. The menu changes monthly, so I am posting this month's along with what I ate.

Absolutely amazing food in their 5 course menu (meat based) and the hibiscus fizz cocktail was delicious. The langoustines melted in our mouth, the chicken forestiere was excellent, the lamb manicotti was my favorite, and the pork belly was very good too. And the dessert was absolutely amazing. It was expensive but worth it; definitely a place to go to with your date for a special occasion or celebration.

OHMYGAWDDD this place was amazing. My bf had the meat menu and I had the vegetarian. both were done extremely well. Our favorite was the dessert, for both of ours lol. I don’t think I can accurately describe how good the S’more was. Iv never put anything better in my mouth. This place has earned a spot in my top 3 favorite restaurants, for the dessert alone but every single dish was made with such attention to detail and love. The servers and staff were amazing and attentive. I can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town.

We attended test kitchen Tuesday. What a fun way to experience food. Eating small bites as the chefs prepare them in front of you. Each course is paired with a wine. Wine pairings were awesome.
The food and staff were excellent. However, we were under the impression that the restaurant serves five course meals. When we ordered, we only received one very small plate of food. The ordering process was not explained to us - there was miscommunication somewhere along the line. The food we did have was delicious, but it is disappointing to leave a restaurant still hungry. I don’t think I would be interested in returning.

The food we had was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. However, there was some miscommunication. We were under the impression that we would be served a five course meal, but when we chose our meals, we only got one plate. While our plates were delicious, we were a bit disappointed that we didn't get the entire experience. The plates we ordered were very small, so several courses were necessary - we left hungry. The ordering process was not explained to us, but the food we did have was great.

Did the NYE special event and it was very special. Appetizers and dishes were expertly prepared, presented and cooked perfectly. The food was just amazing. Hands down the best, most innovative restaurant in Sioux Falls.
